This company is a complete scam. They have charged me £49 for services that I never requested or used, and are now unwilling to refund my money. An initial charge of £0.01 was taken, but was then refunded and a second charge of £49 was then taken. No authority given for them to take the payment and the matter is now with my card provider.
They claim that I clicked on one of their adverts which initiated the initial payment of £0.01, this then provided them with my payment details to take the £49, which I have been informed would have been a reoccurring charge per month if I hadn't stopped it. Please beware!!

I had a brand new leather TV bed delivered by XPD yesterday and I was horrified to see the state of the boxes as they came off the back of the van. I wanted to check that everything was ok before the driver left but he told me that he still had a lot of driving to do and was in a bit of a rush so rather naively I signed the delivery note and he took off.

The boxes were so filthy that I did not want to take them in to the house and so started to unpack the first item in the front garden on the decking.........that's when we saw the DAMAGE. You could see by the state of the boxes that they had been dragged around rather than carried and in the corners, especially the two heavy boxes, the cardboard had been worn away and the protective polythene wrapper protecting the leather was all ripped. What a mess, a massive big rip and gouges taken out of the top corner of the footboard with the stuffing hanging out. Once we looked properly the bottom corner of the footboard had obviously been dropped very badly and this had crushed and split the wooden frame and again torn the leather.
The weight warning on the box should have given a clue that it was heavy so how this box had been handled is anyone's guess.

Hopefully I will never have dealings with these people again!!!
