We've been with IDNet for about 18 years and wouldn't dream of switching. Broadband is totally reliable, and telephone service is great as well. If you have any questions or (unlikely) problems, your phone call will be quickly answered by friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service. I got an email in the morning giving me a 2-hour delivery slot in the afternoon and later another email to say the driver was near. The package arrived about 15 minutes later, 15 minutes into the delivery slot. The driver helpfully put the package in the hallway rather than leaving it on the porch for me to carry in.

Wonderful choice of delicious, organic products and super helpful and friendly delivery driver. We've been with Abel & Cole since about 2007 and are very happy with what they offer and their great customer service.

Chris did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out, as well as our gutters, back and front. He arrived on time, and his work was meticulous: the windows look as if there's no glass in them. Besides that, he wore shoe covers inside and protected the area under the windows with fabric. Would definitely recommend.

We've gone to London Bridge Richer Sounds for all our audio-visual equipment for decades now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Recently we realised the sound on our TV wasn't adequate when watching Netflix or Curzon Home Cinema, particularly in regard to hearing dialogue clearly, so we wrote to the shop for advice. Soon after, Robin sent us a carefully chosen shortlist of soundbars, exaclty geared to sorting out our particular problems. We checked out the reviews and details on the links Robin included, ordered one, and got it the next day. The soundbar works brilliantly and addresses all the issues we had!

The boiler and its controls are very good in providing consistent heat throughout the house - we would give it 5 stars for that. We're disappointed with the hot water: if the heating is on, it runs warm to hot fairly quickly, but if you turn the tap on and off, it will suddenly run cold and stay that way for a while. If the heating is off, it takes a very long time to run hot, even in the kitchen where the tap is very close to the boiler.

I needed a case and a screen protector for my new Moto G. Mobile Fun had the best range of accessories, with excellent descriptions, photos, and reviews. I ordered before 3 pm, choosing first-class Royal Mail delivery (not expensive) and received the goods the next morning. Mobile Fun had earlier texted and e-mailed to tell me the package had been dispatched. i would not hesitate to use them again - terrific service.
