Purchased cleaning supplies the middle of last year and while I did receive the order, I was also signed up to a membership without my knowledge or consent and charged monthly for the past 6 months. Had i not noticed the charge on my credit card statement it probably would have continued as there was no email correspondence except for the initial purchase. I emailed them a cease and desist and they instructed me to log into my account and cancel the membership. Had to create an account to cancel the membership. This tricking customers into a monthly membership is a very dishonest business practice and I do not recommend this company at all.
