Excellent service.
Paula has been delivery my parcels for years. We are lucky to have her on our round

I called & sent an email, neither of which received a response. The fact that the 0.5ml WEGOVY has been out of stock for weeks is not great, & when I needed advice, no one got back to me.
Not great.
One positive though is that the delivery system is great.

A very easy website to navigate.
We booked so far in advance, but we have the peace of mind that our booking is safe & in the event of our break being cancelled due to Covid we will receive al full refund.

I paid for next day delivery, as it was a dress for my daughters special night out, I placed the order on Bank Holiday Monday, accepting that the "Next Day Delivery" would be Wednesday. However, Weds arrived & by 6pm no parcel, even though I had recieved the email telling me the parcel had left the depot.
To cut a very long & stressful story short, after a few phone calls, it turned out that the parcel was still at the Exeter Depot, not on a van en-route to my daughter.
We now have a very distressed teenager & one very frazzled Mother.
Fortunately, I spoke to a very understanding lady in Exeter, & after a bit of head scratching, she offered me a solution................... One of the drivers was travelling from Exeter to Bristol & would meet me at 8pm off my Motorway junction.
I accepted her kind offer & met the driver & finally received my parcel.
A little unorthadox, however, I am extremely grateful to the young lady & the delivery driver for going to extra lengths to ensure we received our parcel.
