The best internet provider. No question.

I have been with Zen for several years at multiple properties over that time.

It just works. The customer service model is fit for service, pro-active, and focused on the positive customer outcome.

The sales team are not pushy with pseudo initial discounts then crippling price hikes.

The website is intuitive but if you want to speak to a human you can.

IF there is a technical fault you get to speak to the engineer. They’re human, they exist, they’re really well trained, and they don’t fob you off, they’re actually fix stuff and quickly.

My service is fast, reliable, and cost effective. Not the cheapest but the best value by far.

Recommended without any hesitation.

Professional helpful customer service

The service agent was great. Helpful, professional, articulate, and UK based. The call wait time was about 10 seconds. The agent, Ismaiel, was able to solve my problem immediately and was able to answer my concerns clearly.

I’m still not sure why the billing system increased my DD when I’m £90 in credit and my current DD amount will easily cover my next 6 months usage. However, all resolved in <5 minutes. Impressed.

Great service from people who care

3 months ago I had my Audi wheels powder coated and diamond cut by Prestige Wheels. Nice job at half the price of the last time I had them done (the wheels are wider than the tyres so always vulnerable to kerbing.)

In a moment of stupidity I drove to the shop last week at the end of a 15 hour day just for a pint of milk and heard that heart-wrenching grinding grating noise as I scuffed the pristine wheel on the granite kerb at Waitrose. @@@@@@@!! [expletive]

1 phone call to the nice people at Prestige Wheels to confess my muppetry and they offered a callout service to refinish my wheel, on my drive, at home. They cautioned that the finish may not be quite the same as the full diamond cut in the workshop but it would look better and prevent the salt corroding the wheels. The office team could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to fit in with my punishing work calendar.

Matt came out and treated my car as if it was his own child. Professional, polite, reassuring, he explained the process and did exactly what he said he would do, with care and consideration. Respect earned.

The end result is actually indistinguishable from the factory diamond cut finish at 1m distance at a fraction of the cost with zero inconvenience.

I could not be more delighted. The bill although diminutive compared with what it could have been, still served as a reminder that I should be more careful, but for quality of service, end result, and the convenience, I should give this 6 stars.

A big thank you to the team in the office for being kind, patient and utterly professional. And to Matt who has worked magic to remove the damage I carelessly caused in a moment of stupidity.

You had one job - EPIC FAIL

The app is an absolute crock of unreliability, seemingly more intent on pushing you to purchase excess cover insurance for car park damage than allow you to pay the parking costs.
The poor experience is consistently woeful at every location. Yes I have an updated iPhone less than 1 year old. Yes I have the latest and correct PayByPhone app. And yes I have fabulous reception at all times.
Setting up the app is a privacy challenging experience wanting your every statistical detail, presumably to sell to the highest bidder.
The call and text options are equally infuriating, always in my experience taking many attempts to navigate the stupidity.
When finally being able to use the mobile application, 9 times out of 10 the app stalls with the wheel of death and I have to confirm that the funds have been debited from my bank account to have confidence that I have paid for parking.
Once the app was having an “issue” and I assumed I had paid; the machine in the car park had also failed so no cash option. I returned to my car 2 hours later to find a PCN which I couldn’t challenge, plus 9 other vehicles within 50ft who also had a PCN. Yes I have photographic records of this. Yes the “Helpdesk” denied the app had failed, then laughed. Really.
If you have ever tried to speak to their help desk the response is Pythonesque comedy - the dead parrot sketch is very similar. Yes I expect a call centre to be busy, but smirking, gossiping, and joking in the background like a crowd of prepubescent children is crass and unprofessional at best.
Looking through the reviews I don’t know how this shambles is still in business. The biggest living monument to incompetence as far as I can tell.
I recommend you keep a selection of coins in a small pouch or purse in your car and avoid ever using this app. The stress, wasted time and expenditure you will otherwise have to endure could take years off your life.

Cost effective. Efficient. Great service.

The 8-year old integrated washing machine died very suddenly and tried to beat a hole in the party wall. I needed a new like for like machine and quickly. Most online and high street stockists show stock available but in reality, no, it’s to try and get your credit card and data because in reality it’s a 6 week lead time.

Appliances Direct price matched a new machine to the big online white goods providers, sold from genuine UK stock. Great sales experience from the call centre. Very helpful. High hopes.

Machine arrived next business day exactly when they advised it would. Great comms, precise instructions, clear pricing.

New machine delivered with care into the room of my choice. Perfect condition, even the outer wrapping was unmarked. Old machine was removed for recycling. Delivery guys were great; polite, respectful of my property, professional, efficient, even the driver was super careful in the tight cul-de-sac with random parked cars.

Value for money 6 stars.
Customer service experience from the sales team 6 stars.
Delivery experience 6 stars +.

I could not have wished for a better experience. Will use them again if I need another appliance.

Recommended. Well impressed.

Outstanding customer experience

I had already had a bad experience with another windscreen company who had failed on 3 occasions to replace my broken screen over 10 weeks. I was incensed. I contacted my insurance broker on Christmas Eve who arranged for Autoglass to resolve the problem in time for my MOT appointment. They ordered the OEM Audi screen within 2 days (yes, in Christmas week), they booked an engineer to replace the screen at my place of work. They arrived on time, they took impeccable care of my car, they explained the process steps to me. The finished result is as good as any Audi from the factory. I could not be happier.

Awesome affordable service from people who care

By far the best and most consistent service I have received from any supplier.

Excellent sales team who explain the costs and different contract options. All easy to understand, no silly small print, just straightforward supply agreement.

Excellent reliable performance that has never caused any concern. No bottlenecks or slow periods at all, ever. Advance notice of any infrastructure work on the network (essential maintenance at the exchange).

Proactive fault reporting and diagnosis from their technical team; They called me to report their systems had identified my computer had a faulty network card and they informed me how to change it. They were absolutely correct and solved a whole number of ongoing errors that had been a concern for some time. Genius.

Transparent, accurate and regular billing, no surprises, no tricky sales tactics, just pure honesty and clarity.

Excellent people to deal with, kind, informed, well trained. No offshore call centres.

If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Woeful customer service, incorrect billing, illegal use of data

Incorrect bills, even though I’m on a smart meter. A complaint process that went on for 10 months, multiple bad reports on my credit file (now reversed) for money I didn’t owe. Continued ongoing billing issues even though I left on 1 September.
The call centre is mainly based in South Africa and the people they employ seem hellbent on revenue at the expense of customer service. Without exception, all of the call handlers were aggressive, dismissive and did not listen to my issues. This continues today and is a significant cause of ongoing stress.

This company is a living monument to incompetence.

My recommendation based on my experience - Avoid at all cost.

Review of Energy Ombudsman

Poor service from a toothless ombudsman who cares more about the supplier than the customer

The complaint was about improper and inaccurate bills. I still don’t have a correct bill. The ombudsman agreed that the bill is not correct but cannot enforce E.On Next to provide a correct bill.
I have been double billed. I have been overcharged by approximately £280.
The ombudsman enforced a £75 compensation payment, an apology, and an undertaking from E.On to stop reporting me to debt management agencies.
I have left E.On Next for another supplier, E.On Next continue to send me further bills and demands that I do not owe, they continue to threaten me with debt collection for money I do not owe.
The ombudsman has closed the case.

I now have to now appeal to the courts service to do what the ombudsman should be doing.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone use the energy ombudsman. A tiring, expensive and stressful process where you do not feel supported, even when the black and white evidence proves the supplier is in the wrong.

Proper service from a competent company that prides itself on excellent customer service. Not the cheapest but the most reliable, the most proactive, and the easiest to contact with any support queries or issues.

Consistently excellent service from a…

Consistently excellent service from a uk based team of professionals who truly care about the quality they provide and the satisfaction of their customers. They have proved time and time again over many years that they will persist until they achieve the agreed outcome.
I have used this firm for company creation and administration for many years and I’ve never had cause to complain at all. They take the pain out of what can be a stressful process, at all stages of your company lifecycle.
A special shout out to Shana and Jinny who between them have recently saved me from a penalty situation with Companies House when my online access failed. Shana and Jinny went above and beyond, stepped in and ensured my returns were completed on time, then persisted to ensure they were filed and published correctly.

Truly awesome and elegant coffee cup. Artisan quality, incredible durability.

I have 2 glass Keepcup Brew cups. They have been used at least 5 times every business day since 2015, plus 5 or more times each weekend. They are still perfect. I have replaced the cork collar once on each cup in that time. They are fantastic to drink coffee out of, the cork band is nice to hold and prevents scolding when the cup is hot, the sip-through lid is a firm fit even after all these years and has a cunning cover to open the siping port, the Pyrex type glass is extremely robust and has survived being dropped many times without a scratch, but I wouldn’t recommend putting that to the test in anger. The lids are the original V2 composite type which have proved very durable. Easing off the cork collar means the lid and glass cup go in the dishwasher, then simply add a little hand cream to the inside of the cork collar before you slip it back on to prevent splitting. They are not completely spill-proof, if you hold the cup full of coffee upside down it will leak a few drips, but they are fine for a desk or for the car; they fit perfectly in most cup holders. I couldn’t be happier with my Keepcups. Basic maths suggests I have saved approx 13000 disposable cups from landfill, let alone the paper fibre and plastics that go into them.

This is a truly elegant cup, nice to use, easy to clean, incredibly durable, and with environmental credentials most companies can only dream about.

Excellent quick delivery of genuine…

Excellent quick delivery of genuine Dyson spares. Competitively priced. Easy to shop for what you need. Genuine original parts with good quality plastic free packaging and fitting instructions included, plus some spare screws.

New cordless cleaner battery fitted in 10 minutes, charged up overnight, and now working as new once again.

The only way it could be better would be for Dyson to include a return envelope for the original dead battery to be recycled.
