Repeated delivery promises, never arrived

Placed an order on 14/5. Got an email on 5/6 appologising for delay - will be with you by 12/6. Nothing. Another email on 16/6 saying I'd have them by end of the week. Still nothing. It's 23/6 now and I've cancelled my order. Lets see how long it takes to process my refund....
Avoid this retailer.

Funny how all the reviews on Trustpilot are terrible and then, occasionally, there will be a day when 3-4 people leave 5 stars... At least be less obvious if you are going to fake reviews about your own site!

Really good site and customer services

Great prices on a range of electrical products. Had to return a faulty product once, but they sent a new one out next day and never even asked for the faulty one back! Recommended,

Great experience

I wasn't expecting much, given the price of the service, but have been pleasantly surprised. Customer service personnel are very friendly and eager to please. Coupled with the fantastic price and free 4G, I'm extremely happy with the service.

Terrible Service

Have 2 accounts, one for home, one for business. On both occasions router never arrived and had to call to have another sent. Call me cynical, but I think they do it so the statutory 'cooling off' period expires before your service even commences.
Emails to customer services went weeks without reply, when I finally did get a reply it was a standard email telling me to call them! I'd already wasted hours frustratingly on hold but never got through.

Pay a little more and get better customer service, you'll regret it if you choose Plusnet
