CS Misguiding and Missing common sense

Asked for a refund after being a customer for months.
I was billed on a 25th and asked for refund as i was not using the service much. Contacted CS for refund and I was advised to follow a link to cancel the account thinking i will get my refund only to find no refund and also account deleted.
Is the customer service missing common sense of what was asked? Could have advised to carry till the end of the month and then cancel. Now no refund and no service.

Update: Changing 1 star to 3. CS got in touch and apologised for the mistake and refunded. Thanks to Trust Pilot for this powerful platform.

Seriously Fraud prone. DO NOT USE

The price looked genuine and so i booked the car for a week. I booked a Mercedes A Class with all-inclusive package and pickup and process seemed fairly well planned. It was until after the return I started getting the fraudulent messages from them. Day after the return I get a message saying I have to pay £840 for the crack on the windscreen. That was wrong as i took detailed pictures and video of the car at return and there was no damage at all. I asked for proof and more pictures with date and time stamp and i was told that Virtuo expert found this and there is no more details. I got 1 picture of the crack with no details if it was the car i had and the time i returned. I was told there is no need to go into details as i had premium package and insurance will take care of it and i refused to sign the papers. I asked for a call back with a message saying i have timestamp pictures and videos which also have GPS location. I got a message back saying there is no need and Virtuo will not charge this time due to good will and i need to more careful in the future (I definitely will by never using them again).
Then received another PCN from them 1 week later asking me to pay £60 this time for the car parking which was left at the hotel. Luckily it was parked by the "Virtuo expert" 15 mins before my rental start and forgot to pay for parking. I contested again and i was told they will take care of it.
I would definitely never use them again. Please spend a little more elsewhere anywhere and keep your peace of mind.

Worst company in UK

Extremely difficult to get hold of. Most of the times the calls and emails are not answered. Whatever little communication you do get is a repetition of previous emails with incorrect information.
My order was cancelled 2 months ago and i have been asking for a refund since..
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update: 5/12/18
The response below is a waste of time, since all of the emails were sent to the email mentioned in the response.
I was lucky to pay with Paypal and I have now opened a dispute which would take upto 2 months for refund. This company is a waste of time and your money.

A VERY Stupid Company

Placed order for 2 x PS4 on Black Friday and never got a delivery confirmation and now saying that they are out of stock. I asked them to send any that they have in stock but they are like pay extra for what is in stock but won't honor the price.. What a disgraceful company.

Worst Company in UK (Company policy is above Consumer Law)

Worst company in UK

19 Oct - Bought Mattress Order number - with Next day delivery
20 Oct - No delivery and no information on when Mattress will be delivered. Called customer service who informed they have lost the Mattress and will try to deliver again on 21st.
21 Oct - Mattress delivered was damaged. It had 1 big hole in the middle and a cut at the back. Sent pictures to customer service of the damage.
- Received a reply from customer service stating they have sent the pictures to the manufacturer and will wait for their response.
- Received another reply from customer service stating manufacturers have agreed on a replacement and will send me a bad to pack the mattress for pickup and will inform me when the Mattress will be received from manufacturer in their warehouse.
22 Oct - Asked the bag to sent on 23rd Oct.
27 Oct - Bag sent to the wrong address. Called by courier company and collected from their depot.
28 Oct - Sent email to customer service to advise the wrong address used and issue refund as its a faulty item. Received following response.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund you as any fault that occurs with your mattress after purchase comes with a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer as we have a right to replace any damaged or faulty item.

Since then they have tried to deliver another Mattress which was also damaged so i refused delivery.

Its SHOCKING how companies like these are allowed to run their business as they clearly do not seem to care about any laws even though i at every stage have asked for a refund only to be turned down and given warranty speech.

My sincere advise is NOT to purchase anything from this company as even if your purchase goes fine, the warranty would mean nothing.

Now they have my product and my money and would not give me refund.

Review of Toolstop

Absolutely Awesome..

I received my order through toolstop for a Drill Kit. On opening i felt it was opened before but certainly not used. I called up the customer service who was very polite and arranged collection on the same day and delivered the new set next day. Must say the courier company was also spot on. Hope they keep the level of sales and service to this high standard.
