CS Misguiding and Missing common sense
Asked for a refund after being a customer for months.
I was billed on a 25th and asked for refund as i was not using the service much. Contacted CS for refund and I was advised to follow a link to cancel the account thinking i will get my refund only to find no refund and also account deleted.
Is the customer service missing common sense of what was asked? Could have advised to carry till the end of the month and then cancel. Now no refund and no service.
Update: Changing 1 star to 3. CS got in touch and apologised for the mistake and refunded. Thanks to Trust Pilot for this powerful platform.
