Behandlingstiden är fruktansvärt lång. Längre än någon beställning jag har någonsin gjort. Företaget finns i Sverige och det gör jag med men man får bara vänta och vänta lite längre. De har bra grejer men räkna med att du får verkligen vänta. De har också en väldigt sträng och ovanligt hård och krånglig retur policy. Och även returer tar fruktansvärd lång tid.

I'm very disappointed in MyTrendyPhone. I ordered a 3-in-1 iPhone charger and when it arrived I realized it wasn't magnetic so I didn't work well with my iPhone 12 MagSafe case. I contacted the company and started a refund request. It was really complicated. They definitely should make that easier. In the Refund instructions On the website, it clearly stated that they recommend I return the item with a tracking number, but they could absolutely not pick the item up at a service center. I had to send it to a specific address. So I paid about €14 to return the item that only cost €40. The Postal Service did not deliver the item to the correct address but instead send it to a local, nearby service center. I called the company and they said they could absolutely not pick up my return. I found out later that the reason for this is because the company is located in another country. They should absolutely state that on the website. I am in Sweden and this company is located in Denmark. The person at MyTrendyPhone was very difficult to understand because her command of the Swedish Language was lacking. I called the Postal Service to inform them that MyTrendyPhone would not be picking it up, So they could send it back to me. They sent it back to me but I had to pay €11 to get it back.So in other words, I ended up paying €65 for an item that I can't use. MyTrendyPhone did offer me a free return label via email but it was so blurry that it was unusable. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I have ordered twice from this company. I live in Sweden and the delivery time was super short. I have also called the company in the UK twice with general questions about vaping and they were very friendly, very professional and gave really good advice. I highly recommend them. I have only had a tiny problem. One of the plastic bottles had a leaky cap and I wrote but didn't get a reply. Next time I will call. I have had better luck with phone calls. I don't trust e-mail spam filters and the false positives. I later realized that the cap was just a bit loose, and when I pushed it all the way in, the cap didn't leak.
