Shout-out to Pete

Massive thank you to Pete at Go Outdoors Edinburgh! He went completely above and beyond to help me fix a broken tent pole when I was in a real pinch. Top-notch customer service, super knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly guy. Saved my trip! Couldn't recommend him enough.

Great service!

Went in to buy new walking boots for both myself and my husband. Served by Robin who gave us a lot of good advice and was very knowledgeable about the boots on sale. He also advised me on how to lace my boots differently so they wouldn't press on a bone spur I have which gets painful if pressed on. Would definitely use them again!

Missed sales

I place an order which was you took the money for, after 2 weeks I checked to find out was out of stock.So requested a refund and went to a new supplier.

A very pleasant shopping experience

I’ve shopped here on many occasions, but today I decided to take out one of their membership cards. Leon was extremely helpful and the store had a very pleasant atmosphere.

The returns works ok but i wish i…

The returns works ok but i wish i didn't need to use it. When i place a order for the size required, why do i get sent the wrong size ? I don't think its too much to ask. Right first time should be the normal

George was fantastic today

George was fantastic today, he was so helpful in helping find a new pair of hiking/running trainers. Unfortunately the ones that I liked were either too small or too big (I'm in between sizes) but George got so many different pairs for me and was very informative. Go outdoors you are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff. Thank you again George.
