Costa Omdömen 

Ordered a smoothie based on the in store advertising showing in a glass decorated with mint etc. Came in a cardboard cup, no decoration, £4.95, Misleading advertising. Should have complained at the time but........ Will next time if I order again.

Unlike other branches, found staff at Costa Coffee in Woodgreen shopping mall, unsmiling and rude. Asked for a tissue when ordering takeaway coffee. The lady making coffee passed on request to the man taking the orders, who was talking to another customer so didn't acknowkedge. When asked again the lady responded ' He's giving it to you", quite rudely. Unsmiling and unapologetic.

Tea fine, plenty of room.

Costa Palma airport inside Worst service in my life. Lady walked out before me had been waiting 20 minutes. Absolute shambles. Ordered 2 drinks and donut. Waited 20 minutes queues ridiculous. Staff so slow and chatting. When called my number only 1 drink put through expected me to wait another 20 minutes DO NOT GO HERE STAFF SERVICE DISGUSTING TALK TO YOU LIKE DIRT !!!

Bedford store near peacocks have the loveliest staff and are very talented with coffee best coffee in the area in my opinion

I will never purchase again a voucher from costa again. They offered me in June £20 voucher and get £5 free. I did purchased 2 vouchers I got the one voucher but not the other. I put the purchases on my Husband credit card..
I got in contact with customer service via email, and they stated I used both purchases on both my vouchers. It would have been impossible to use both cards because i went abroad for 2 weeks 5 days after my purchase, I think this company needs investigating for fraud !!! I have been going to costa for a long time now. I will never use them again !! Because the customer service is useless !!! There are a lot more places I go for a coffee and a cake !!!

What ever happened to customer service. Well all I can say is that Costa don't have any.

I used a vending machine to get an Iced Americno but only got a cup of ice, tried again and this time I received my drink.

The price of a cup of coffee is immaterial to me it's the principle of getting what you paid for, I had paid twice for 1 drink.

Costas customer services only answer is to put 10 beans onto a Costa app, now this will give me a coffee. Great news....but the beans expire in 3 months, really you already have my cash in your bank.
I will use these beans up for my free drink and take my custom elsewhere

Seems this company is a pretty rough organisation.extreme rudeness today from an employee in uniform in the bank on Costa business out the blue..the c word,aggressive,shouting shut the f up etc.not what id expect from a uniformed Costa employee on official duty in public broad daylight.tatooed.do they employ ex cons?thank goodness they are closing the local branch down.the seats outside are always filled with layabout looking types most the day.they even had the temerity to ban a friend from emptying a poo bucket down their lavs one day when his plumbing broke.ivevsaudvit before and ill say it again any time you hear this sort of stuff re a business its usually gone within a year

Costa,Jack Mills Way,Crewe. Tried to contact Costa but email form keeps crashing. Cat in Costa and sat at 4 different tables also roamed around the establishment. Dogs allowed in but at least they sit in one place on the floor. I am allergic to cat fur and some dogs. I had to leave the establishment as the cat sat at the table next to me. This is unhygienic as well as inconsiderate. Costa staff said nothing to the customer even when asked. Is this your policy Costa to allow cats to roam your establishments?

Yes I'm very disappointed with them. They offer you £5 extra if you pay £20 online. Then you don't see the voucher. Been since June now. I'll never do it again. If they don't pay up and give you the voucher they can't expect you to buy it again they will lose trade on this offer.
I find the staff extremely friendly. However they say they can't help with the problem. I've text on the problem page twice, and I've written an email and had no response. They keep putting the price up on the drinks, half the time the drink is cold, and they put lots of froth on the top and you only get three quarters of a cup. Disappointing. I have no idea how to get my voucher. I try to fill my number in that they gave me and it doesn't work. Very distressing. Apparently many people are having the same problem. They said they hide the number in the bottom of the text, I was told how to do it but it didn't work. I will Never buy another voucher.

Costa Coffee – Metz Way, Gloucester GL1 1AH

For at least the last six months, one of the two customer toilets has consistently been out of service. As a result, the remaining toilet is often left in a poor and unhygienic condition, with urine frequently left on the seat. Given the volume of customers using the facilities, it does not appear that the toilets are being deep cleaned as regularly as they should be.

The air conditioning also seems to be permanently out of order. On numerous occasions, I've entered the store, asked whether the air conditioning was working, and when told it wasn't, I've simply turned around and taken my business elsewhere.

What concerns me most, however, is that this situation appears to be accepted as normal. It's uncomfortable for customers, but I find it even more concerning that employees are expected to work in these conditions, particularly during heatwaves and other hot weather. With large floor-to-ceiling windows making up much of the shop frontage, the indoor temperature can become extremely uncomfortable.

Both the toilet facilities and the air conditioning issues have been ongoing for far too long and need to be addressed.

Good iced Americano and BLT sandwich at Tesco Fishbourne. Great service with a smile, clean tables and relaxing enough to do some journal planning for the week.

I went to this specific Costa in Unit 3, Cheetham Hill and staff was absolutely amazing. I could not decide on wat drink I ll like to have and the staff member called Taiman and Nitin were so helpful to describe and explain according to my preferences. Would recommend that particular Costa cafe to everyone. Don’t forget to ask for Taiman or Nitin to get recommendations for drinks according to ur taste. Thanks

Went into costa in Heanor. What a lovely place. Nice friendly staff, nice and clean and lovely coffee.

I was shopping in the retail park in Pegasus Way Friern Barnet and I went into your coffee shop. I needed a coffee and a gluten free snack, the young lady that served me Reema couldn't have been more helpful. Made the entire experience special.

Crap service !

Just had a cup of black tea that cost £3.45 ( basically just a teabag and boiling water in a paper cup) I requested for an additional cup so I didn’t burn myself while holding it. The man said no mate that’s an extra £.10 or just gave me some tissues and walked away.

Went to Costa western Ave Tescos- drink was nice , the ladies at the counter were too, but the points did not add on the app, we had 3 drinks ordered. I heard the beep that it has gone thru, but checking now , it wasn't there. Please do better.
