Created a tiny database with minimal lines and footprint. On cloud. On "free Tier". Got slammed with a huge bill for only fifteen days use. Amazed and shocked. Deleted my account and will steer well clear of this rip off corporate. Disgusted.

I've been trying to sign up for Oracle Cloud Free Tier for two weeks now. Every attempt fails with a generic error during account creation ("an error occurred while creating your account"). Each attempt takes a €0.90 verification charge from my card — none of it has been refunded after two weeks. I opened a support ticket about this and have received zero response. So after two weeks I have no working account, no refund, and no support reply. If you're expecting a smooth "free tier" signup, be aware you may end up losing money with nothing to show for it and no one answering you.

Worst service you will get from support and customer service and even sales they are the worst of the worst

Tried to use Oracal cloud - was a terrible experience.
Blocking people for using their AI browser for support, declining cards for not physically sitting inside the US,
Then you try talk on their support channel - even worse.

That's what you get when your whole business is built on special relationships in a corrupt country, rather than being worth something in the market.

They holded my payment for 2 accounts without sending it back, they stole people's money and also didn't fulfilled the purpose for holding the amount for credit card ( Account Creation ) after deducting the amount from credit card they said sorry due to some reasons the account is not created even though i fulfilled every requirement, they holded amount even when account creation is failed, and i can see the carelessness here, they have already such bad review i should'nt have trusted this bullsh*t website, Everything is poor, the customer service, ticket system etc

customer service is honestly non existant. I have been trying to get a hold of them but absolutely nothing

Just let me sign in Piece of S. I even changed password, still it saying invalid. Worst experience I ever had on internet.

Paid Oracle Cloud customer, production workload, London region. On 15 July our services went dark. What followed was a fortnight-long tour of the worst support operation I have encountered in 30 years of IT.
Every South African support number feeds one broken IVR that ends with "no support available, try later." The toll-free number is dead. The callback service never calls back. The support portal rejects valid SR references, and without one it simply refuses to open a ticket at all.
When I finally reached a human via chat, I learned my account had been "terminated by the system." Why? "We are unable to provide specific details." Can it be restored? No. Is my data retained? Chat terminated before answering. The appeal process they offered comes with no reference number, no timeline, and no contact — a complaint posted into the void.
An automated system executed my production environment, and Oracle's support structure is engineered so that no human ever has to explain it. The infrastructure is competent. The company behind it, when something breaks, is simply not there.
Would not trust with anything you can't afford to lose. We migrated.

Impossible de créer un compte Oracle Cloud j'ouvre un ticket mais aucune réponse pendant plus d'une semaines malgré des relances. Je contact donc le support dans le tchat qui me dis d'ouvrir un ticket je leur dis que déjà fait ils me disent qu'ils vont les relancer. Quelques heures plus tard ils me répondent par mail qu'ils ne peuvent pas résoudre le problème et que voici les seul informations qu'ils peuvent me donner sauf qu'il y a aucune information

Oracle Clouds "Always Free" is a bait-and-switch with their 'free 1 month credit' all to no avail - zero capacity, no region/server changing possible, no solutions, just a waste of time - so don’t waste your time with these clowns - they clearly don't care about their customers - their lack of options speaks plenty.

I had a very disappointing experience with Oracle Cloud Free Tier support.

My account was suddenly suspended by the system without any explanation. I contacted Cloud Support, who asked me to create a Service Request (SR) through My Oracle Support for a secondary review. I followed every instruction, including resetting my password, waiting for engineer callbacks, and providing all requested information.

After several days of waiting and multiple conversations between Cloud Support and MOS, my account was permanently terminated. The engineering review was completed, but Oracle refused to provide any reason for the suspension or termination. The only response I received was that the decision was final and could not be changed.

What frustrated me most was not the final decision itself, but the complete lack of transparency. I spent days following their process, yet I never received an explanation for what actually happened.

I hope Oracle improves its review process by providing users with at least a general reason when accounts are suspended or terminated.

They advertised free credit and LT free arm, but once they collected all your personal info, you couldn't use any of it and customer service was a horrible dishonest corp I've ever encountered.

Send me a product highly variant from the advertisement. Ignored all claims and requests for support until 3 months later. And now claims the product is as advertised when it clearly is not.

Scammers, never ever use them they will charge you for your FREE account and then lock you out. Honestly disgusting. Customer service basically shrugs you off no help at all.

2 weeks of waiting, for their response "Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this or process the transaction. This is all the information we can provide". That's a joke right? The worst customer service.

Didn't even want to click 1 star, I've bought twice because maybe the first one was defective. But a complete scam and unable to get in touch with anyone at customer service

Disgusting methods of dealing with people who devoted their time for this "company" and was sacked like they didn't matter, money is not everything, karma is a bit..ch.

DO NOT BUY!!! ordered a ring from them and use their size chart to dictate which size to order. The ring came and is labelled as the size that I ordered but the measurements are completely incorrect. Their size chart says a size 10 is 61mm circumference, the ring came and its 75mm circumference therefore, far too big. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND. Their website clearly states you are entitled to an exchange if the item is incorrect however, they are refusing to honour this and are advising they will only issue a replacement if I pay 50% of the new product. They are now trying to rely on an internal policy that only they have access to and customers cannot see to say that they can't issue a refund.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
