It was a present she adores it it’s heavy and well made the quality

We had an issue with our bed but this was due to the supplier not Rowan Homes itself.

It wasn’t a good experience initially but Rowan staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful in turning things around.

Special shout out to Jenna who was an absolute god send and was so friendly and understanding, making a stressful situation that much better in the end

The service quick and delivery fast , but did not receive one of my ordered items, contacted Rowen by email above this but have not had a reply or my item sent to me very disappointed by this

I contacted customer service as I had bought more wallpaper than I needed .It was past the returns date but the customer services department said this was not a problem and I could return the unused wallpaper . They responded to my email very quickly .I haven’t received my refund as of yet , but I’m sure it will be processed soon

I ordered 3 items and when arrived one was slightly damaged but a lady called grace was very helpful and reordered anotger replacement as the items I did recieve were really good quality

I’ve been going back and forth with rowen for a while with regards to a bespoke order and they have been very patient

On the first attempt the vase arrived broken and tbh hadn’t been packaged well enough. But customer services were great. The replacement arrived speedily and well packaged and it’s a lovely vase. Very happy indeed with it. Will definitely shop here again.

My order arrived with one of the items damaged due to very poor packaging. The item was simply wrapped in bubble wrap and placed at the bottom of the box.
After numerous emails to customer service Grace acknowledged the query and refunded without delay.

I bought the books and the cherry ornament im really pleased with both ive had plenty of compliments when people come to see me

Spelt my address wrong on order so I emailed and Grave got back to me very quickly and instantly changed to the correct address with the delivery company.
No back and forth emails just done immediately which is great!! Nothing worse than dealing with a difficult company over email. Also fab that they use DPD rather than Evri!!

I was vey excited to receive my order, unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged, so naturally I was very disappointed. However after speaking to Maria, my complaint was resolved quickly and efficiently, thank you. I’m sure I will be ordering again soon ☺️

Awful company to deal with. When I ordered the bed it was due on the 19th June. Got a call to say it's been delayed until the 5th July. On the 30th June got email to say the bed will be delivered in the next 2 weeks maximum. It's now the 16th July, I have had an email off the delivery company to say they have collected the bed and they will be in touch in the next 3-7 days to arrange a delivery. Speak to rowen customer services they say they will contact the delivery team and then never call you back. Would never buy off this company again
