I disliked the fact I did not receive a response to my email complaining about a foot pole being cut to short on my bar stool. I have had to make a few calls and emails as my order of five boxes came in dribs and drabs and one item is now missing and I was asked to wait to see if it turns up. Today I spoke to Regina, she kindly ordered a new part and re ordered a replacement bar stool. Just a shame Laura James didn’t follow my concerns about the missing stool.

My order was delivered in the time stated and the delivery courier used were very good at keeping me updated. Unfortunately, I had a quality defect with my order. However, I emailed Laura James upon discovery of the issue (out of hours) and got a call from customer service the next morning. We were able to agree a resolution quickly and my partial refund was processed on the call. This was my preferred option rather than a replacement, due to the issue not impacting the entire furniture set. Miquile was polite and professional and offered to activate the product guarantee for me to save me the hassle. I'm pleased with how the interaction was handled and the outcome. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Appalling service and poor quality furniture! Weeks of emails to replace garden furniture that was broken when it arrived. Issue is still not resolved after 2 months. Don’t waste your money.

Awful customer service. Item still not arrived even though it was dispatched over 10 days ago and customer service unwilling to help

Do not buy from this company, we ordered garden furniture and a console table well over a month ago. The delivery date was missed by over 10 days, then when they finally did arrive all the fittings were missing. Customer service continually contradicting each other to say they would be shipped within 24 hours, then now we’ve been told they are on back order. Absolutely disgusted with this company please stay well clear!!

Dinning table and console went missing at the couriers.. had the ring around but Anniesa was great help and follow through all the way until the parcel arrived. Also fair warning on ordering from the outlet! delivery takes forever! Anniesa changed and ordered from the main store and delivery took 4 days

I ordered wooden garden furniture which did not arrive for some weeks. When it did arrive the table was heavily damaged. The packaging internally was completely inadequate with no wrapping to cushion movement in transit.
I contacted customer service and diligently followed all instructions to obtain a refund. However, I received the following email today :

"Thank you for reaching out and for providing the photographs and your availability for collection.

Unfortunately, as we are currently in the process of a move, we are not able to arrange any collections at the moment.

I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this matter has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this.

We will be in touch as soon as we are able to resume collections and arrange the return for you.

Given the company are in breach of contract due to the defective nature of the goods as per the protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for customers, they owe me my refund. It is not an optional matter to be addressed at their convenience. As they have little acumen for customer service based on my experience, I would strongly advise not buying from them and going elsewhere. At this rate my matter will end up in the small claims track with the ensuing costs and additional damages that Laura James will have to bear, which was totally avoidable had they been diligent in their remedial customer service.
