I’ve been going back and forth with rowen for a while with regards to a bespoke order and they have been very patient
Jess F was very helpful, really quick at answering my emails and very professional.
I’m yet to receive my order but have had a great experience so far 😊

If only there was a zero star option, 1 star is too good for this company.
Ordered four doors, all arrived damaged, my guess is due to the lack of packaging.
Firstly couldn’t get hold of anyone to collect them, this process took over two weeks.
Called… no answer
Email… no answer
Call back service… doesn’t happen
The only way to get a response from this company is to go through the official
Complaints form.
I’ve been waiting for a refund for nearly two months. Was promised Monday, still nothing I was then told not to contact the company any more with regards to my refund.
So they have my money and I have no doors!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy stress!!!!!!!

Buy with caution… I never actually received my item and when trying to contact the company I was ignored multiple times. I Had to get a refund through PayPal. Once the company has taken your money they’re not interested in delivery unfortunately.
