Been ordering at Pixory for over 1 year now and got over 20 books. I love that you can design it exactly how you want. The quality is really good!

The site is easy to use and I love all the options they have! I also had to reach out to customer service for my tracking info since it had been a while with no update and they were quick to reply! The quality is also great - I have ordered 6 books and plan on ordering more.

Pixory is the best! I am working on my 5th photo album through Pixory. It is so easy to upload photos and organize your photos just as you envisioned in your book. The quality is great and I would 100% recommend for anyone looking to make a special memory book of any event/travel trip/family moment, etc! They also make really great/sentimental gifts for family members! Thanks, Pixory for leaving lasting memories in our house and great conversation starters for all our visitors! :)

I’ve loved all the photobooks I’ve ordered on Pixory so far! Great quality and fast shipping for a custom item. What’s even more commendable is the customer service— one of the photobooks I ordered had a noticeable crease on a couple pages that went right through some of the photos and needed a reprint since it was going to be a present for someone else. They were quick to respond and just as quick with reprinting and shipping out the new one. I truly appreciate that they took care of the matter without any hassle. I’ll definitely order more photobooks from Pixory for my future travels!

Amazing quality, fast delivery and very good support service !

This is my second time using Pixory, and so far my experience has been excellent. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, I’ve contacted the support team and always received a fast and helpful response. Their customer service has made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.

I’ve used Pixory on both my phone and my laptop, and the website works brilliantly on both. It’s easy to navigate, and creating projects has been straightforward from start to finish.

I’ve also read some of the one-star reviews mentioning that projects were deleted. While this can happen, Pixory provides multiple warnings beforehand, and it is clearly stated that inactive projects will be removed. They also send email reminders, so I personally don’t think it’s fair to criticise the company for something they communicate so clearly.

Overall, I have loved using Pixory so far and have been very impressed with both the platform and the customer support. I’m already looking forward to creating and ordering my next project!

The initial book was lost in mail delivery but Pixory was very responsive and got a new book shipped to me! It was a beautiful book! Will be ordering more!

I made my second book with Pixory because of how much I loved how my first book turned out, especially the high quality of the images printed. Though when I received my second order, it came with some minor damages. I reached out via email to customer support and the agent replied quickly, far exceeding my expectations. The agent, Gabrielle, was easy to work with, and I give my kudos to Gabrielle in particular. I was given a resolution I was very satisfied with. Thanks Pixory!
