Poor communication and product does not match description. Product in the dimensions I wanted is apparently ‘not available for US customers’ but they were happy to take my money, and now I have a clothing rack that doesn’t work for my space. Nowhere was it indicated that the dimensions would be different (smaller) for customers in the US.

Amazing product! I installed it alone and turned a tiny bedroom into a beautiful walk-in dressing room and closet. I absolutely love it and I would buy it again.

Would not purchase again. Great looking design but the screws are too easy to thread. Believe me when I say I was shocked too as each metal bar feels heavy and solid, however, the end points are very malleable. I was incredibly careful when putting together my standing closet, one of the three legs would not tighten and in my attempt to (very carefully) tighten the three pieces two of them ended up with damaged threads. And I can assure you it was not carelessness, as I have experience putting together these kinds of systems.

Also, this was with the second set we worked with so my experience did not feel like random fluke. The first set we had to return because it was too short for our interior ceilings (not pamo's fault), but more importantly, while putting that set together we noticed one of the hinges had a sharp piece of metal that was not gound down properly which ended up scratching the longer piece we attached to it. We had to file it down to complete the build.

Again, they are good looking designs and a simple concept and "most" of the pieces fit together properly, but when they do not you will be stuck with a very expensive return (CA to CA via Ground was about $60) or be lucky like me and have ordered one with three legs and ended up only using two. Meaning I had two horizontal bars vs four after losing the end leg. The good news is that I was able to use the end parts for the section I completed so it looks like a finished piece. I just stored the extra parts and the threaded screws.

Worst place to buy anything from. They lost my item in transit, told me I could get a new one but because a refund was issued from my bank after over a month of wondering where my package was, they won’t offer me a replacement they expect me to pay all over again. The customer service is terrible also

Delayed customer service

Some pieces were missing threads and could not be installed. Customer service has been super slow to respond and when they do they haven’t resolved the issue. I still have a whole closet system I can’t install yet.

The wood is not cut to size and does not include instructions or anything for how to put it together.

a box is missing i have emailed multiple times and no real response or help.
i have ordered alot of racks recently.. and having 1 issue .. but nobody helps. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges since I did not receive the item... and nobody is getting back to me with a solution.

I was worried that it would be flimsy when I saw how many interconnected pieces there were, but it is a great build. Very sturdy, looks clean, and maximizes the usefulness of my space.

I am highly pleased with this industrial gold closet system. I converted an entire room into a closet and wanted to avoid putting holes in the walls. This system is stylish, affordable, and incredibly functional.
It holds clothing well, and my husband was able to customize a few pieces by adding clear rollers and making adjustments to fit our space perfectly. I also purchased five matching shelves, and they work excellently.
The quality, versatility, and value are outstanding. I highly recommend this shop and its products!

I loved the product I received, and the customer service was excellent. What a cool company. I will use them again in the future.

All went so smoothly -- I ordered shelves to add on to the Kim 1 and II I already had. Excellent closet system at a reasonable cost.

Great product received everything as expected in a timely manner, but unfortunately there was missing pieces and there’s no proper communication. I have not received any return phone calls nor emails pertaining to this matter.

When ups lost my item it was quickly replaced the next day on its way so I could finish my project

The closet system is great quality. Our installer even bragged on it. The lighter wood option for the shelving was a little darker in person than online. So keep that in mind when choosing the shelving color.

Pamo continues to show professionalism in their effort to make this order complete and correct. They are getting closer. This shipment was sent certified mail, which shows significant effort to address recent shipping issues. I remain somewhat dismayed in that the part I received was incorrect. This shipment was intended to replace an out of stock piece, and was specifically shipped from their main factory; a special effort to complete this order in a timely manner. The piece I received was the wrong size.

I appreciate Pamo’s effort, and I believe they will continue in earnest to complete this order.

The worst customer service ever. Is this website /company even real? I felt like I got scammed by them. They suck at communicating with their customers.

Great product. Looks great. Arrived early. A couple areas of instructions were unclear, but all in all it was easy to assemble!

Terrible experience with customer service. Their streamline seems to be ineffective and disorganized. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them directly, but Amazon offered a great alternative.

Racking is great. The shelves could be better. They give you the option of mounting the shelf in the middle of the rack, but then they do not fully extend to the back wall. They need to offer an option of a deeper shelf.
