Finally received my vibrator today, 2 weeks after company took my money.

It is a small pale pink, hard plastic tube about the size of a lipstick. This is nothing like the advertised goods. Hardly big enough for an AA battery.

Trying to find out where to send it, unused, for an apology and full refund.

I am rating my experience a 5 even though the product was not necessarily right for me. I think it's important to emphasize that the poor experiences in the rest of these reviews may have been the occasional human error fluke. I ordered, received immediate confirmation and shipping, and had the item in less than a week even with international shipping from the warehouse with the closest or most availability. The product functions fine, though I agree with other reviews that it may be too big for most female builds for full comfort.

I decided to request a return mostly for preference reasons and not any issue with the product or service. I was provided with an immediate solution and I'm quite happy. I would say you can order with confidence and consider the good reviews to be reliable.

Had an issue with my first order and I think how a company handles a problem says more than when everything goes perfectly. Ray from Customer Service responded quickly, explained everything clearly and sorted it out for me. No fighting for a solution or vague answers. The replacement has been perfect. Definitely a brand I trust now.

This is the first product like this I’ve ever purchased in my life—and I’m 74. The best thing I can say about it is that it absolutely leaves me speechless. I don’t have enough words in any language to describe the feeling that using it leaves me with. Every single thing we see in all the ads is TRUE. I just used my product for the first time and it broke after 5 minutes!!! Do not buy this!

Okay, I bought this on a whim. I finally had the time to check it out. I'm a tiny one and this is BIG...almost too big for me, but I'm working on it. I made it work in another way, but I'm not giving up yet. It's amazing, if you're on the fence, just buy it already, but if you're tiny like me, know that it works by using it in other ways. Also, get the lube...use lots of lube...trust me on this. lol

I feel more feminine and much more connected to myself.

I recently ordered the BOLD and was very happy with the delivery, packaging and the item itself which appeared robust and ergonomically shaped for ease of use and I can understand why so many women enjoy this product. However, due to a medical issue, I realised after receiving the item, it would be unsuitable for myself. I contacted My NUMY and they were extremely helpful and understanding and offered to arrange a refund for me.

Numy customer service has been really helpful.
Unfortunately this product wasn't a good fit for me. My email received a quick response and they are true to their word. 30 day satisfaction. My refund is on it's way.

I purchased this product as a gift for a friend’s birthday. When I gifted to her she asked me to get something her else. I contacted MyNUMY and found their customer service to be outstanding. Highly recommend this company.
