Finally received my vibrator today, 2 weeks after company took my money.

It is a small pale pink, hard plastic tube about the size of a lipstick. This is nothing like the advertised goods. Hardly big enough for an AA battery.

Trying to find out where to send it, unused, for an apology and full refund.

Adrian was friendly, professional and quick in diagnosing my car’s egr valve problem and giving me good advice. AA is great - worth the money. You get what you pay for.

I was taken in by the Oprah advert.

I have stopped using this product after 2.5 bottles.
No weight loss at all and such bad acid reflux that I can’t sleep at night.

I don’t think I’ll bother trying for the guaranteed refund, as I don’t think any other dissatisfied customers have achieved a refund.

Feels like an expensive SCAM. I feel so stupid for being gullible.

Mark towed my car off the motorway to a safe car park. He went to a nearby town, purchased the part and fitted it quickly. The service was friendly, kind and professional.

I find it so easy to book in Trainline. It is well worth the small fee.

Very confusing message at end of my order before payment, saying none of my items was available. Yet each individual item was labelled “in stock”.
Had to phone Viking. Only one item was unavailable, so removed it and order went through. Wasted a lot of time on this.
Otherwise V.D. is great.

I absolutely love the kefir. I could drink it all day and never get tired of it. However, as a pensioner, I do find it rather expensive. After years of antibiotics and a recent vicious bout of food poisoning, I believe the kefir is doing great things for my gut.

An engineer arrived within a couple of hours of my request and quickly cleared my blocked drains. Excellent service.
