Compré una chaqueta que resultó que la enviaban de China el 18 de diciembre y la empresa de transporte dice que han hecho la entrega el dia 4 de enero, domingo, cosa que NO ES CIERTA YA QUE ESTUVE EN CASA TODO EL DIA. Atención al cliente me contesta a varios mails con la misma respuesta tipo estandarizada, pero estamos a 29 de enero y ni chaqueta ni devolución. Me temo que es todo un poco ESTAFA. No recomiendo para nada.

Lamentamos la situación descrita, sin embargo queremos aclarar que la compra mencionada no fue realizada en la tienda oficial de FC-Moto. Por lo que indica, se trata muy probablemente de un sitio fraudulento (fake shop) que no tiene ninguna relación con nuestra empresa. FC-Moto no envía mercancía desde China.
Le recomendamos verificar cuidadosamente el nombre del sitio web donde realizó la compra y contactar de inmediato con el método de pago utilizado (banco, PayPal o tarjeta de crédito) para iniciar las medidas de protección correspondientes.

Ci dispiace per la situazione descritta, tuttavia desideriamo chiarire che l’ordine indicato non risulta essere stato effettuato presso FC-Moto. In questo caso sembra trattarsi di un sito fraudolento (fake shop) che non è collegato alla nostra azienda.
La invitiamo a verificare attentamente il negozio presso cui ha effettuato l’acquisto e a contattare immediatamente il metodo di pagamento utilizzato o il corriere per avviare le opportune verifiche.

Délais très long et non respecté sur le délai annoncé 2 a 3 jours et hop envoyé (mon oeil) articles en stock mais ne l'est pas.D'ailleur a ce jour toujours en stock et livraison dans les 3 a 5 jours ouvrables mais a cette heure encore en traitement !
Envoie un mail d'annulation et réponse très rapide pour m'annoncer le remboursement intégral.voila pourquoi de une étoile j'ai placé trois car exécution le lendemain

Poor service and bad information.
Brought a jacket and trousers from this company, they didn't mention that there would be additional costs when the package entered the UK, cost me a extra £102 and I don't know what I am getting yet, what looked like a bargain has now turned out to be more expensive then what it would have been from the UK, it would have been quicker as well.
I have no idea what has been sent because the invoice isn't in English and as I have ordered 2 items I assume that there will be more import tax and duties.
Despite my efforts, I am not able to get answers as they will not reply, I will never buy from them ever again and do not recommend them

thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to read about your disappointment and understand how frustrating unexpected additional costs can be.
Orders shipped to the UK are treated as exports outside the EU. This means that our prices are shown without German VAT, but import VAT, customs duties and handling fees are charged by the local authorities or the shipping carrier upon entry into the UK. These additional charges are not collected by FC-Moto and unfortunately cannot be influenced by us. We do clearly point this out several times during the checkout process, but we regret if this information was overlooked or unclear in your case.
Regarding the invoice language: invoices are generated automatically and may not always be in English, however they still list all ordered items correctly. Ordering multiple items does not automatically result in additional customs charges beyond what is determined by the local authorities.
We also sincerely regret that you feel you did not receive a response from us. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are sorry if communication did not meet your expectations in this situation.

Now they will not acknowledge any contact with them regarding my complaint. Which is no surprise!!
The annoying thing about it, I could have got my Sena 60's in the UK cheaper once the import tax was added !!

For deliveries outside the EU, such as to the UK, local import taxes, VAT and possible handling fees are charged by the destination country and the carrier. These costs are not collected or retained by us. During the ordering process, we clearly and repeatedly inform customers that additional import duties and taxes may apply for non-EU countries and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We regret that this led to an unsatisfactory overall experience for you, especially as it affected the final price comparison. Please be assured that there is no intention to mislead, and the charges are entirely outside of our control.

Insgesamt muss ich feststellen, dass das Unternehmen sich große Mühe gibt.
Artikel, Versand und Retouren inkl. Erstattung verliefen zufriedenstellend und die Kommunikation (nicht die über Telefon) ist gut, so dass zeitnah Lösungen möglich sind. FC Moto bewegt sich im Vergleich im oberen Bereich (und ich habe in den letzten Monaten einige testen können).

Hago un pedido que tarda mas de 10 dias a pesar de poner que son 24/48 horas. Me.envian una talla equivocada, y envio correos, mensajes a la apkicacion, chats y me envian su correspondiente "ticket" .No han contestado JAMAS, no contestan ni a los.correos ni.mensajes. NO SE PUEDE DEVOLVER NADA.
Menos mal que pague a traves de Paypal y ellos (PAYPAL) me han devuelto el.importe del pedido con las justificaciones dadas... aunque rece que han sido ellos ha sido PAYPAL aunque los gastos de envio los pierdes..a pesar de haber sido un error de ellos. NO SE COMUNICAN NUNCA para dar solucion

lost parts replacement
After a part of my helmet unscrewed itself and was lost, I contacted Daniel Kaiser about wether a replacement part was obtainable as the helmet was still under warranty, with the usual short delays in communication and a bit of too and throwing, and like other customers when I thought things had gone quiet, an email pops up saying replacement parts have been shipped which arrived a couple of days later, (along with a couple of freebie's ) thank you to Daniel and the team, and thanks to scorpion helmets for there prompt help with the situation also.

Delivery tomorrow? Well, not even close
Delivery tomorrow? No sir.
Dont believe the claim. 3 different products (700€ order), its been a week since i made the order with no updates whatsoever.
Ive asked them about when my order will be delivered and the answer was, maybe 8th or 9th of october.
I asked them to tell me for a date and that the site said the goods should be delivered in 24h as their own site states, well, they stopped answering.
Ive written them today again to get a moneyback in case the order is not being sent, guess what? Yeah, no answer.
Stay away, at least i paid through Paypal...
Update 10/10 13:12. Contacted by mail at 7:38 am after they saw the review. They told me they are waiting for 1 of the 3 products I ordered for my package to be delivered.
Thats the first time ive been told that after 8 days. Told them at 10:26 to send me the order without the missing product and ive asked for a refund in that product. At this time (13:15pm), no updates.
Update 11/10: When asked for a refund on the missing object, i received a mail from them telling me the item was suddenly in stock and that they were sending the complete order (that was yesterday at 14:00). Of course, as I expected , nothing was sent yesterday and my bad experience is now even worse.

Wij betreuren het zeer dat uw pakket nog niet is aangekomen en dat u moeite heeft gehad om onze klantenservice te bereiken. Op 22.09.2025 hebben wij een zoekactie bij DHL aangevraagd. Helaas kunnen wij de snelheid van dit onderzoek bij DHL niet beïnvloeden.
Wij begrijpen hoe frustrerend deze situatie voor u moet zijn en verzekeren u dat wij u direct zullen informeren zodra wij resultaten ontvangen. Tot die tijd vragen wij u nog om een beetje geduld.

FCMoto have been in contact with me /have apologised for confusion and are giving me a full refund (hopefully including my return label costs) immediately upon return of battery)**** This is much better management. I hope to do business with them again in the future..
*Saw online a particular size battery for my 86 honda shadow. it said available for shipping 2/3 days. so i purchased it. after 4 days I hadn't received anything about delivery so I emailed fc moto. After a day or 2 I received an email saying battery wasn't in stock and would take another week or more to get in. I said I unfortunately couldn't wait that long so please cancel and refund. Heard nothing back untill next day I received tracking number FROM DHL saying battery on way. After they said it wasn't in stock,..and I had purchased elsewhere by now. so now ill be left with a battery to send back at my own expense. I dont need a battery sitting around for 4 to 5 years!! so overall it was a frustrating experience. Communication from fc moto is very very dissapointing. its like any problem they dont want to know. not great management.

Fürs diesen Onlinehändler ist selbst der eine Stern zu viel.
Wenn man nach einer Reklamation drei Wochen im Kreis geschickt wird und eine unvollständige Lieferung einfach nicht korrigiert wird ist das der schlimmste Kundendienst der mir jemals untergekommen ist!
