Faulty unit, poor service
Ordered and delivered promptly.
Set up in the kitchen and appeared to be working. A few hours later I moved it to a different area and noticed a clear oily patch on the floor. Switched it off and on moving it could see it was dripping from the base. It hadn't collected any water even though it had been running for a few hours. Emailed customer service and took days to get a reply. They immediately offered to send a new unit. It has now arrived and after setting up and switching on appears to be working....however, it doesn't sound like the previous one and is very noisy. I will give it a bit more time but am wondering if both units were reconditioned based on the amount of issues on other reviews!

We're also sorry to hear that you feel the replacement unit is noisy. As this wasn't raised with us prior to your review, we haven't yet had the opportunity to investigate this with you. A manager has reached out directly to offer assistance.
To address one of your concerns, we can confirm that the replacement unit supplied was a brand new product and not a refurbished unit.
