Very dissatisfied!!

To sell a relatively expensive product that is made to work together with an app, before the app is available is just so incredibly unprofessional!!!
I certainly hope the app soon will be available so that I can use the product, but my respect for the company will be very hard to re-establish no matter how well the product works.

Great desk shelf!

I'm really happy with my new desk shelf! It looks great and I makes my workspace much more tidy. Also I can fit my MIDI-keyboard under the shelf which really saves me space.
Only problem is that there is no support under the middle of the shelf. I have chosen an extra wide shelf and have a relative heavy professional screen, and the shelf actually bends down quite a bit on the middle. It's not crucial just don't look perfect and I really hope it doesn't get worse over time.

Mycket som är bra på hemsidan

Mycket som är bra på hemsidan, men beställningsformuläret kunna förbättras en hel del. Borde användartestas mer.
Fick ingen avisering av mitt paket eftersom det var otydligt att man skulle fylla endast mobilnummer och inte fastnummer för avisering.
Förstår inte varför det inte även blev aviserad per mejl...
Som tur väldig trevlig och hjälpsam kundservice när man ringer!
