Had problems with delivery. After I got in touch with customer service I got very good help. Professional and very nice. Solved the problem really well. So I am very satisfied and impressed, VIP treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

I have searched all emails and can see no contact, so we were not aware of the the issue until now.

Dåligt

Dåligt . Står i mail man får att dom ska max ta 29 euro i flygplatsskatt men tar 60 euro. Det är nåt dom hittat på för att få ännu mer pengar. Brukar alltid hyra med centauro men inte den här gången för att det va "billigare" men aldrig igen

Thank you for your comment. We're always trying to improve our services and your opinion is essential to do so.

On the issue you described, please kindly take into account that due to the premium location in the airport facilities, rentals are subject to an additional fee of 10% on top of the rental amount (up to a maximum of 29 EUR per rental plus corresponding VAT), amount that is not included in the booking value and due when collection the vehicle at the renting location. In your case, this costed you 28,00€ + VAT 21% = 33,85€.

Apart from this, you also paid 27,00€ for Flex-Fuel fee. The Flex Fuel system, with which you leave a deposit for a full fuel tank the day you pick the car up, and when you return it, the amount of used fuel will be charged by Goldcar and your deposit will be refunded. This rate has management costs due to several advantages attached to the own service, and they are specified on our website: (www.goldcar.es/SDR)
