The booking and collection process was good. My repair was brought forward a couple days with an expected 1 week repair time. Unfortunately the repair assessment was amended due to not being able to repair a door, so a new door had to be ordered. This and Bank Holiday Monday delayed the car return by a couple of days. On return the car repair looked very good and completely acceptable. Overall no complaints a good job, good communication throughout.

Good from initial order to delivery. I made an address error with the order. The staff put that right with no fuss. DPD delivery was good and a day early

Booked a hotel holiday today in Italy for next June after carrying out a lot of research ourselves. We had a few questions so called the SAGA Number. The questions were answered and the lady made some suggestions that were helpful. So rather than book online we completed the booking easily over the phone. Very easy very professional

Every time I log in on my Windows PC I have to enter a second code sent to my trusted device. On most occasions it doesn't arrive. Very annoying

Price for long time medical conditions that do not present any risk currently can't be excluded and therefore the price is much higher than should be

This is our 2nd Quooker tap after moving house. Of course we already knew how good the system is or we wouldn't have ordered a second one for our new house. Every thing from the video ordering system through to installation all organised by Tayte Sailsbury worked very well. As expected the tap is performing exactly as expected. Thanks to all at Quooker.

2nd review on this order. Same as everyone else last couple of weeks. 5 items ordered and paid for. No delivery information no response to several messages. Wanted for Xmas presents have no expectations of arriving for Xmas. Should have read reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Here we are on Christmas morning with 3 out of 5 of my order from 14 December still not even dispatched. Very disappointed and angry with IWOOT. Formal complaint on its way and review to be proud of. NOT

Initial renewal was 24% more expensive than last year. Not happy called Staysure and secured a discount. Only 3 stars due to having to spend time negotiating when Staysure should have provided its best price to begin with

Excellent from start to finish and the bed is great!

Jason from Stuart Turner (ST) provided expert help in resolving an air issue in my shower system that resulted in the hot water side not working correctly. He showed great patience with me as I have no plumbing experience. We used ST Clip Fix video system to help investigate the issue. Jason spotted a couple of issues with the installation and provided advice on how to fix them. Jason and ST are always willing to help with the products even if, in this case, the product was not at fault. Great service, thanks again

Order was placed on 26th October 2024 and received on 6th November 2024 11 days! I chased the company for a delivery date 3 times and was told it was not possible to provide a delivery date as it was out of Pure Step control! YODEL was the final delivery company and left the parcel outside my front door even though there is a clear notice to leave parcels inside the porch. All of the marketing suggests that this is a GB company, of course it isn't! I understand the returns procedure is terrible and expensive also. However, the 3 stars is for the product that I am very pleased with. I won't use this company again, its not surprising that AMAZON is the go to online retailer in the UK

Order placed few hours ago. Should have read reviews first. Even though reviews are marked high, almost all reviews have had issues with the orders. Consistent concerns over delivery lateness, no direct service telephone number etc. So why high scores? Mostly it seems once someone at VP grips the issues it does get resolved but surely a high score should only be for orders that meet the expected outcome without issue?
My order cost £5.45 for delivery and is expected in 8 days! Just wish I could of purchased from Amazon!!

I was let down badly by a bathroom fitter who walked away from a shower installation as he could not solve the problem with his installation. I contacted Stuart Turner rep Evi who in turn passed me to Jason. After a long conversation Jason was sure he knew what the issues was and suggested a change to the recently installed ST pump for a different model. Due to difficulty in employing a fitter it took a couple of weeks to sort out, but once installed and commissioned I now have proper working shower. So thanks Jason and Stuart Turner for your assistance. I must also thank Andy at Total Plumbing Solutions and John the fitter that persevered with the installation picking up someone else's mess

Same as other reviewers - tricked into up ordering, tried to cancel minutes after ordering but told to late as order processed. No idea if i now have a subscription! Spoke to Tesco Bank to block any further payments, can do anything until 1st September when I can request a charge back from to recover the second payment and any further payments. Moral of this story is check Trust Pilot before buying anything on line

Wanted to book online, but had an issue with room choice for 2 couples. Telephone assistant understood and offered to try and help. I continued with the booking on the understanding that TUI would get back to me regarding the room issue. A week later no response

Fully staffed service, well organised, attentive on time, reasonably priced

Easy to renew online but price was not great! Chat not so good hence 4 stars not 5
