Our car was repaired by Fix Auto great job it looked brand new.
The whole experience was great, all the staff were very helpful. What was so nice everyone spoke to you with a smile on their faces.
We were more than happy with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend Fix Auto UK.

Very prompt service- part was available quickly and car was repaired and ready to collect earlier than expected. Quality of repairs was excellent. Good communication re progress of the repair too.

The whole team were brilliant. My car was bumped into near their garage, I asked if they could take a look at it to check it was safe to drive. They helped straight away, they pulled the panels away from the tyre so I could continue using it. The insurance company then picked Auto Fix for the repair luckily. The repair looks great, looks like new. This is the second time a silly driver has bumped into my stationary / parked car, & the second time Auto Fix has repaired it, I hope it's the last. I would 100% recommend this garage!

The collection drivers (can't remember their names) and delivery drivers (Phil and John) were all very professional. The date for the completion of the repair moved a few times so it was difficult to know when to return hire car. Quite difficult to get calls answered or returned but when i did get to speak to someone they were really professional.

Good quality of repaired using genuine mercedez benz body panels and paint was match perfectly also was kept up ro date of the repair progress thru out the whole process

Very happy with repair even more happy to have my car back after nearly 6 weeks

Good service, ..however since repair i have had a constant tyre pressure problem, I think when they changed alloys, the sensors were not connected properly. So now the tyre pressure do not show.

So, ideally this should have been tested and checked before handing the car over

Brilliant experience having one side of my car resprayed at Fix Auto. The team kept me updated throughout, and the final result is flawless. The paintwork is perfectly smooth, and the colour match against the rest of the car is spot on. They made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Excellent mote than amazing

Delayed by weeks. Got the car back and multiple issues with bodywork since. Bumper and wheel arch not attached. Had to go to a different garage and get them fixed. Issue was they didn’t put any clips in in the first place. They used parts where paint work is chipped. Car looks worse than before

Very good repair and encouraging and helpful staff setting this up with collection and delivery of the car making it easier.
Some minor difficulties communicating as telephone numbers routed through Portsmouth or Bournemouth units rather than directly to the local unit and promised phone backs smetimes didn't happen. Overall, however, a very positive experience.

I had my car repaired by ActonCoach Works Bodyshop and I’m very pleased with the overall experience.
The communication throughout the process was excellent. David (Excellent guy) kept me informed and were always helpful and professional whenever I had questions. Most importantly, the quality of the repair and the finish of the car were very good, and I was genuinely happy with the standard of service provided.
I was also satisfied with the final amount charged, which I felt was fair for the quality of work delivered.
The only minor point was that the repair took slightly longer than the timeframe initially communicated. However, this was a relatively small issue compared with the overall positive experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend ActonCoach Works Bodyshop for their professionalism, communication, quality of workmanship and fair pricing. Thank you to the team for taking good care of my car.
