placed an order for a new makita drill. was in stock and was given a delivery date. good arrived as promissed with no problems

bought this bath filler and waste and check with customer services regarding pop up waste? was told activated by turning the filler head to open and clsoe the waste.
ordered item and paid for a 9am delivery as plumber was fittng monday morning.
part arrived and on openeing noticed it had push waste. called up customer services and explainded i had called friday and that it clearly states on the web site it has pop up waste. told i could not have been told that and only has a push waste. said i had phoned to confirm, they just said send it back????? no good to me as i have to pay the plumber now. not very happy with the way i was delt with and web site if wrong according to trading standards as description is missleading??
