Se me hizo larga la espera de lo impaciente que estaba por que me llegarán los zapatos y DIOS QUÉ ZAPATOS!!! Es de los más bonitos que he tenido en nucho tiempo. La calidad me sorprendió mucho pero en especial lo comodísimos que son. Y el packaging era espectacular jajajaja la caja con el gorila me encantó (la he guardado para decorar mi habitación) y hasta el celo tenía diseño. Estoy encantada con la co.pra, cuando deje de ser pobre me pillaré otros par de zapatos. Siempre me gustó la marca pero ahora que por fin tengo un par de sus zapatos... me declaró una loca enamorada.

Damn this is a quality company
I came across this company and looked through their catalogue and found a pair of boots that were in the sale and literally paid under £30 and wondered to myself are they going to be any good?
When they arrived in the post, I opened the box with low expectations and when I picked up one of the boots I was in shock at how incredible they were the quality was through the roof and so damn funky.
I would so order from this company again in fact I have made the website a favourite on my phone so I can have easy access back to them.
If you buy a pair of shoes, I almost guarantee that you will wanna do a backflip with excitement when you get your awesome pair of shoes.

O bought two pairs for my twins for school they came quickly and beautifully packaged. I did have to change a size for one and so accommodating and helpful even put a quick shipping on it so they would be here for the first day of school I highly recommend and will be buying again thank you Koi team. I'm really sorry your order hasn't reached you yet, and I completely understand the frustration when you're expecting your delivery.
I've checked the tracking for you and can see that your parcel has arrived in the US and is now with USPS in New York. It went out for delivery on 31 August, but unfortunately a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
This means your parcel hasn't been lost or left somewhere in transit,
the tracking details are sent to you email so you are able to review.

Cute and comfortable shoes. No real problems with the store.
The shoes are excellent, already own two pairs. Cute, unique and comfortable.
When I had an issue, it was a bit frustrating, and I found the sales/price reduction/student discount eligibility a bit confusing, so 4 stars.
Definitely recommend them still, if you find shoes you like here go get them!

Got my order cancelled
Got my order cancelled without getting to know the reason, and I didn't get all money back either (got back about 3 euro less than what I paid)

I'm really sorry your order was cancelled without an explanation. I can completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
I've looked into this with our warehouse team, and your order was unfortunately flagged as a short order. This means that, due to an inventory error, we didn't have the product available to fulfil your order.
These errors can unfortunately be more likely during busy sale periods, when orders are coming through very quickly and our stock system can struggle to keep up.
I can confirm that your order was refunded in full. I've personally checked the refund and have also resent the refund confirmation email so you have this for your records.
I'm sorry again that we weren't able to fulfil your order, and especially that you weren't given a clear explanation at the time. We know that's frustrating and it's something we're continuing to work on.
