Comfortable shoes that live up to the marketing claims. I will definitely buy them again.

I purchased two pairs of shoes, one for my husband and one for myself. Both were too small.

I’ve been trying to return these shoes, but have not received a response to my emails with instructions on how to return. They do not have phone number, only email. And according to website you have to send an email requesting a return and then they send you instructions.

I’m very unhappy with the customer service!

Hike are yet again ignoring me after saying they are 'looking into my case'
It's been a week and I've still not had any email response! Hike please issue my refund already, im more than happy to return the shoes. This has dragged on way to long now and I just want it resolved. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend hike to anyone! Save yourself the trouble and buy from a more honest retailer

I got them on time. the shoes are great was wearing cushioned soles losing balance bad. i have been wearing these since received, loving them. my feet feels great and even my low back with 3 protruding disc does not bother me. am walking 1 and 1/2 miles every day and i'm also 80 years old.

I tried to exchange a pair of Hike shoes for a larger size. The exchange policy specifies that you have to email Hike & get the return address before sending them.
I have emailed them repeatedly, but got a postmaster message which said:
‘Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.’
I tried phoning them, but the number on their website wasn’t a valid number. I also tried several other email addresses for them, including replying to their numerous emails to me urging me to buy Hike shoes. None got through.
I have noticed the many reviews on trust pilot detailing problems with Hike shoes regarding returns, exchanges & payments taken. The response from Hike is to apologise profusely & advise emailing them to resolve the situation. But as they are blocking emails & the phone number they publish is not valid, nothing can be resolved.
If Hike wish to prove otherwise, I challenge them to publish valid contact details through which the issues can be resolved. If they fail to do this, I will report them to the consumer group “Which”, who are experts at exposing scams.

The shipping arrival was long but well worth the wait! My feet and especially my toes are extremely happy and comfortable.

I have a bad back, I need knee replacement and my feet hurt all the time, I have a very arthritic toe that really hurts. I saw you ad on face book thought about it for a few weeks, Then I ordered 3 pair. The blue shoes and the golden brown shoes I love. I still have pain but I can now make it to the end of my day. Thank you On the 3rd pair
green I don't know how it happened but those are 2 sizes too big, Can I return those for the right size, I don't order much on line, I don't know what happened.

Everything mentioned in the ad is 100% TRUE & more. They are zero drop, which releaves my back pain, but they are not flat or hard. The material comfortably stretches around your feet & is as breathable as a flip flop. The best part is the roomy toe area. I do feel more sure footed, even tho that is not a huge problem for me. The color & quality are even exactly as shown. These are absolutely the cutest & most comfortable in every way pair of shoes I have ever owned all in one. Im so glad I tried ordering 1 more pair. Hikes are like no other shoe on the market. Ive tried most all of them. Also I ordered on Sat & they arrive on Tue, only 3 days later.

I love these shoes. They fit exactly right. They came at a reasonable amount of time. I will be ordering more in the future. Thanks for a good pair of shoes, they are very comfortable.

To date the shoes have eliminated much of the pain experienced in my right knee.

I am trying to return the shoes for a refund and no one will answer my emails! I've sent 3.

The shoes are so comfortable and super easy to get into! The BOGO was an extra bonus. I just wish that I was allowed to select a second color instead of the free pair being the same.

I can walk very well in them. Had ankle replacement surgery.

I bought two pairs and they were extremely small .They eventually sent the correct size but in the meantime we ended up moving fifteen minutes away .. I was told i couldn’t change my delivery address though i don’t think it had left the area.. I couldn’t go back to the house or buyers of my house so the shoes that were a response to a return were lost or sent back not sure 🤔😔💔I was very disappointed because i did all the right responses and ended with no money back and no shoes …and i was looking fwd to trying the shoes and my daughter the second pair . I've dealt with sciatic nerve pain in my hip for 5 years, but the first day I wore these shoes, it disappeared and has not returned. I also had lesser pain in my knees, and that too, has disappeared.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought 2 pair of shoes and they are the wrong size. I have been emailing for at least 2 weeks and have yet had any response from any one. I've asked for a call back and the first available time they will call back is in the middle of August.

Prompt delivery is much appreciated. Tried them on and realize the size is not right for me. I wish to return the order and then place a NEW order for a different style from your collection.
