This company is the definition of having no customer service. When a receipt email for two pairs of shoes showed that one was the wrong size, every attempt to contact customer service was made. Look for a customer service number on the website, you won't find one. Search for one online and it doesn't work. Use the chat function which tells you it will answer as soon as possible (in two days it never did). Complete the customer service online form and it states it will get back to you in one or two days, but never did.
