Bedrijf zit in Canada, retourneren gaat moeizaam en is erg duur door verzendkosten

Shirt purchased was nothing like the picture and had an enlarged collar ….also made very small, when I contacted customer service within the 30 days all they were concerned about with the verification of the shipping fee which I said I would pay and never heard back from them . Erica in particular. Worst customer service - they should be put out of business and am contacting the BBB. A total scam of crap merchandise .

The shoes are fake; they arrived in a crumpled box, have already been worn, and one is dirty.

Just dont buy it. It is not worth your time and money

This website is a SCAM!!! Do not order here! All negative reviews are absolutely true. Unusually long delivery time, wrong sizes, defected poor quality products that they want you to send back to Canada at your own account.

Watch out, Weston Amsterdam sells counterfeit goods.

I ordered size 43, but eventually received size 43.5. Because of my insoles, this shoe doesn't fit....

Weston indicated that I would get a 30% discount if I kept the shoes. But what good is a pair of shoes that don't fit you? If I were to return the package, I would have to pay the shipping costs myself (even though they sent me the wrong size).

Eventually, I decided to sell the shoes via Vinted. Within 2.5 hours, my ad and account were removed due to: 'selling counterfeit and/or fake items'. When I reported this to Weston, she came up with the 'great' proposal to give me a 50% discount on my shoes.

Weston gaf aan dat ik 30% korting zou krijgen als ik de schoenen zou houden. Maar wat heb je aan een paar schoenen die je niet past. Wanneer ik het pakket terug zou sturen moest ik zelf de verzendkosten betalen (Ondanks dat zij mij de verkeerde maat hebben toegestuurd).

Uiteindelijk besloot ik de schoenen te verkopen via Vinted. Binnen 2.5 uur was mijn advertentie en account verwijderd vanwege: 'verkoop van namaak- en/of nepartikelen'. Toen ik dit terugkoppelde naar Weston kwam zij met het 'geweldige' voorstel om mij 50% korting te geven op mijn schoenen.

I wish I had checked the reviews sooner... that’s something I usually always do. It’s a shame I didn’t do it this time.
The shoes I ordered at WESTON AMSTERDAM turned out to be FAKE. I actually already own the exact same pair, so I can clearly see the difference. I wanted to return them, but that turned out to be incredibly difficult. After Weston made several offers to dissuade me from returning the shoes, I agreed to a 50% refund. That amount is roughly equivalent to what it would have cost me to ship them back to Canada. Since agreeing to that, I haven't heard a thing; I’m still waiting for a response and for my money. DO NOT BUY HERE! the products are fake and the customer service is terrible—or rather, non-existent.

I ordered a dress in XL and was shipped a S. The fabric, a blend of linen and bamboo, did not meet my expectations. Hoping to get a refund and will keep you posted how that goes.

They are a Chinese firm that have no desire to provide a decent product. I would put a years wages that the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

I purchased trainers on 21st Feb, on 14th March was told they are still in transit so the order could not be cancelled and today (22nd March), I got an email to say they’ve been dispatched today.

Based on other reviews I have no confidence that when they eventually arrive, they will bear any resemblance to the advertised product.

Don’t go near this company with a barge pole.

Attention: return and refund process does not properly work. In my case, I was not able to receive a pair of shoes, so an automatic return from my post station nearby had to be organized, through the designated delivery supplier. Risk of transportation has always been with the company. I have asked for a refund, as soon as I have seen that the return was initiated. Since then: no refund, various e-mails back and forth, but being kept at arm's length because the delivery status is said to be under investigation. Looks like the retrun parcel might have gone lost.

After a few weeks now, I am getting the impression that the refund will never happen.

I ordered heated socks from this company. The right sock does not heat. After 10 seconds the battery shuts off. If I plug the same battery in the left sock, it works fine. The customer service is horrific!! They don't answer their phone. Email responses are very slow. They keep telling me this is normal, the battery is supposed to shut itself off after 10 seconds.

Avoid shopping here at all cost. It will most likely end badly. If you do get your order and its wrong don't expect a refund. Once again just move on to.a different site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Horrible customer service . Purchased heated socks which although warm started falling apart . Also no secure way to keep from losing battery packs. Multiple attempts to contact customer service with no response so far .

I can’t believe I missed this. I am meticulous about reading reviews before making a purchase, and had I found this site and these reviews earlier, I would never have bought from this company.

First, delivery takes an unreasonably long time. I also agree with the previous reviewer: Weston’s product sizing is completely inaccurate, and their return policy and process are just as crooked as this administration.

I purchased socks and liner gloves. The socks are extremely small and tight. I intentionally ordered a larger size because they are advertised as unisex, yet I can’t imagine a large adult male fitting into them. Worse, the socks never worked at all. The batteries appeared to charge, but the socks themselves never heated.

The gloves were just as poorly sized—but in the opposite direction. Despite ordering a medium, my hands were swimming in them. The excessive sizing makes it difficult to layer or double up, which defeats their intended purpose. The gloves themselves are not particularly impressive, but because they warm the back of my hands and I wear two pairs of gloves, I ultimately decided to keep them.

Given their return policy, it now makes sense that when my order finally arrived, the box looked as though it had already been opened or previously used. Their online return process pushes you toward an exchange or replacement—never a full refund. They require you to upload photos of the product in its original packaging (which is odd), and then state that depending on the condition of the return, they may not issue a refund and will simply discard the item.

So let me get this straight: you keep my money for a product that doesn’t work—one you likely knew was defective when it was shipped—discard it (or more likely resell it), and I don’t even get the broken product back that I paid for? And the public is expected to accept this?

That is not an option.

Best boots I ever had! I really like their boots collection and the shipping time to the US is also fine.

Would not give refund for under sized extra large heated coat took a month to recieve and two months later they charge my credit card for what i do not know never ordered anything from the first bad experience before. Ended up cancelling the credit card. The bank had questioned the first payment within the first few minutes of the purchase but i oked it. It seemed as they knew this company was crooked. Upon the second problem they quickly advised me to close the card. Rotten assholes
