I made the mistake of not doing my research and paid for it. I ordered a dress that was advertised as cotton linen blend only to get a made in China, cheap poorly constructed polyester version of what I thought I’d ordered. To return it and try to get my money back was going to cost the same as what I’d paid for this dress… not worth it!

Ordered 5 items and wanted to return them for various reasons. (One item was the incorrect size shipped - by many sizes). The cost to return (about the size of a smaller shoebox) was going to be $85. The website trys to portray a lovely store front in Vancouver, but it is a direct ship company from China. I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

Terrible quality, misleading advertising, and damaged delivery!

I purchased the "Luna | High Leather Boots", expecting genuine leather as advertised. Instead, they arrived made of cheap, poor-quality synthetic material that is already peeling and has loose threads and bad zipper stitching.
To make matters worse, they were shipped folded up tightly in a thin plastic bag (no box), causing permanent creases and deep scratches all along the fold lines.

Customer service has been not responding.

Do not buy from this store!

This company has been ridiculous to work with and the more I think it is a scam company. They’re not from Vancouver and also they shipped a size too big and wasted over a month ing me they were looking for a size 8 that an ordered. Then when I asked for a refund due to frustration they said I’d have to pay 40-70 dollars to ship is back plus customs fees when we are in the same country. They are offering the same kind of discounting that Chinese companies do saying they will give you a 10% refund. Don’t trust this company. They are not reputable and find these return tactics unethical after I spent over 200- on these runners. What a waste and scam.

Product is cheap chinese crap. Nothing like image. $200 jacket on sale for $100 probably worth $10-20.
I called bank and filed with consumer org. Everything from them pretending to be a Vancouver store front to the expensive return to China to the misleading quality makes an easy Visa withhold and cancel. Take the time to stick it to them - do not just let it slide. Chatgpt will guide you through it beautifully.

Harper & Logan are Scammers. The quality of the clothes is very poor and nothing like what I expected. They make it appear they have a location in Vancouver, but their return policy requires you to ship everything back to China at your own expense. This is ridiculous and unfair. I feel scammed and believe their business practices are dishonest. I would strongly advise others to stay away and think twice before ordering!

They are absolutely fraudulent! Ordered a ring was sent one that looks like one from Amazon that sells for about 13$. I told them they sent the wrong one and yet the expected me to pay shipping back to China as well as import fees…. This company is a scam

The pair of shoes I bought were exactly how they were described and looked in the picture. I'm happy with my purchase 😃 I would buy from this company again.

This store is not in Canada. Product is very poor quality made by Shein in China. The dress I ordered has one side stitched into the zipper (unwearable) and is missing the advertised pocket. There is no 30 day guarantee or refund unless product is shipped to China at my expense, the costs nearly equal price of product. Stay away!! What a scam. Store uses AI for communication so no matter how much you complain no one is listening.

This is exactly the same company and the same dress as I tried to purchase from a fake shop called Diane and Margot of calgary. Do not be sucked into this and do not buy anything from these people. They are fake. I would give it zero rating if I could. The dress that came was nothing like the pictures shown on this website or in fact, the ones of Diane and Margot. These people should be taken out by the Rcmp. It is a scam.

What a terrible company - SO FAKE and the products are horrible...nothing like the photos they advertise on the web. The company is from China, clothes cheaply made at a sweat shop and the 'return policy' statements are false. It results on the customer paying more to ship back the product which is what they want. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Fit is perfect. Shipping time was great.20

Terrible! First time I’ve been dooped by a company. I agree with other reviewers - they trick you by posing as a Vancouver based company!! It is bad enough that I was sent an item that did not meet the description as advertised (ie. dress was said to be cotton-linen and the one I received is 100% polyester) but then the insult upon injury is when the perceived company owner sends me an email following my complaint offering 30% partial refund as a goodwill gesture, or a store credit worth 50%. Neither of these options land as goodwill let alone acceptable!

Product and pricing very good but response rate to enquiry and delivery TOO SLOW!!

Appalling quality - cheap fabric, dreadful workmanship, bearing zero resemblance to the lovely picture. Company poses as a Canadian company with Canadian owners standing in front of a store presumably in Vancouver. They have nothing to do with Canada. They are a Chinese company and returns have to be sent to China, which is horrendously expensive. Do not throw away your money! I can’t emphasize this strongly enough. If there was an option for a minus 5 review, they’d get it!

These pyjamas are the cosiest I have ever worn. And the beautiful pink colour makes me happy whenever I see them.
The tops fit perfectly but the bottom are a little too tight. I would have been better with a small top and a medium bottom. However I sleep well in pyjamas that are so warm.

Do not order from this company until they get there sizing in order - there is no where on their website I could find sizing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is the first time I ordered from them and did so thinking it would all right because they are a a Canadian company out of Vancouver. I could have been more wrong.

They fraudulently advertise they are a Canadian company but are not really because all their products are made in and shipped from China.

I ordered some outfits from there in June but the fit was terrible so I returned them. The cost was insane to shoot them back to China but I did it anyway in order to get a full refund from them. It is now nearing the end of October and I have yet to receive my refund or heat anything from them about it. I did everything they told me to do to get the refund but they never held up their end of the bargain.

Ordered 2 chains and 1 ring, only got 1 chain and 1 ring. one chain missing, and the quality is cheap, not as shown. Instead of a full refund, they offered 10% back or store credit, and wanted me to pay $40–$70 to ship it back overseas. Do not recommend.
