My BP dropped from 140/90 to 120/80 and has been consistent since being on this for a couple months. Very happy about the BP!!

My Aurivita order has been lost in transit, and I asked for help in getting my order reshipped. Brey reached out to me, offered several solutions, and she got my order ready to send. What is extra appreciated was Brey’s offer to give me a discount for the lengthy wait time I experienced while waiting for my Aurivita order to arrive (almost a month!). I very much appreciate good customer service, and Brey did a great job. Her willingness to delay my next order (7/20/26) for 90 days will help keep me from being overwhelmed with product! Thank you, Aurivita!

Things are improving but so far after 10 weeks it is just the blood pressure and glucose that has improved significantly the morning wood still is not happening it is starting to show signs of improving but it is taking its time.

The first three weeks I felt nothing had changed. Then by weeks 4-5 I noticed I no longer had any cold feet or hands anymore. Now that I've been taking these for about 3 months I've noticed a drop in blood pressure which was averaging 134/80 and now is 120/76 also 1blood flow is better everywhere, and I mean everywhere!

Product arrived fairly quick.
My blood pressure seems improved.
Exercise endurance seems better.
Morning erections seems more frequent.
Only complaint is some times I do get a burning reflux.
Looking forward to continued good results.

I submitted an order to Aurivita on June 28th and requested express shipping as my supply of Capsaisin Power was running low. Initial response was timely and indicated that the order had been processed and was in transit with an anticipated delivery between July 2nd & July 6th. I had not received the package by July 6th and when I attempted to use the USPS tracking number provided, all I received was a notice that the package could not be tracked and that it may not yet have been received by USPS. Since this was over the holiday (July 4th) weekend, I gave it a few more days. By July 14th I had still not received the package and continued to not be able to utilize the USPS tracking number. So, I sent an email request/concern to Aurivita Support. I received an expeditious response on July 15th indicating that they were sorry for this delay and that they would investigate and get back to me. Early onn July 16th, Brey from Aurivita Customer Support emailed and informed me that they had determined that my original shipment had been lost in transit and that a reshipment order had been processed. I received an email notice of the reshipment with new USPS tracking number that same day. I was able to see the tracking of this shipment and it arrived today, July 20th. Excellent customer service response to my concern. My one suggestion would be to modify the shipping control system so that if a shipment is not progressing through the tracking system and not delivered by the target date range, that customer service would be notified so that they could follow up before the customer has to contact them to complain about a shipment not being received. If I had not contacted Aurivita Customer Service, I am not confident that I would have ever received my shipment and would have likely become a disgruntled, former customer.

The capsules are easy to swallow. I don't experience any burning sensations I have noticed that my BP has started to go down a little.

Had a query re product and Clay provided the most excellent customer service. Thanks to Clay for brilliant assistance.

This review concerns customer service: I am a recent customer and my second shipment arrived damaged. I contacted Aurivita and was pleased with the response by Brey. Response was quick and she was courteous and friendly, and she arranged a replacement which arrived promptly.

A comment about modern times: is Brey a person or an AI assistant? Immediate response at 745am on a Sunday, other messages at all hours - maybe she is in a different time zone and works really long hours...

I have had a delivery issue caused by delivery company. Brey has been wonderful sorting the problem. Very personable, quick to respond and caring in her responses.

This was my second order and I ordered 3 bags. My husband and I both take it. Unfortunately my order got lost in route and I had to contact support. I was scared I would run out and couldn't continue taking it. I've been taking it since May and it is making a difference! You have to stay on this for a time. Don't just give up! But I contacted "Clay" finally and he checked into it and verified my order was lost and resent it. It was only a few days and I received it today! So order early in case something happens and contact Clay if it does! Love my Capsaicin!

I can't speak for this product. I never received it. A few weeks after ordered I checked the tracking number. It was shipped from China and was lost somewhere in the USPS system. I requested a refund. Brey was very helpful. She did not try to persuede me to wait and keep the sale. She put through my refund request and I received it two days later.

With the diligence of consuming 3 Capsaicin Gels a day..I am now sleeping through the night without 3-5 trips to the bathroom.
I believe this supplement is the holy grail of of urination issues for senior men. Am sharing this success with my male friends.

I have been talking with Brey with important questions on health and medications and possible interactions. Brey responded immediately and with very helpful information that gave me confidence to continue using their product.

Unfortunately the product was not compatible with my body. Mich at Aurivita was very helpful in leading me through my return and refund in a timely manner.
