The first three weeks I felt nothing had changed. Then by weeks 4-5 I noticed I no longer had any cold feet or hands anymore. Now that I've been taking these for about 3 months I've noticed a drop in blood pressure which was averaging 134/80 and now is 120/76 also 1blood flow is better everywhere, and I mean everywhere!
