Horrible customer service. Took over two months to receive. In the meantime we got something else from Amazon. Left in the package and contacted them about returning. Said they would get back to me within 2 days. They did not. Had to send 3 more messages before I heard back. Asked them for shipping instructions. Once again, no response. After 3 more contacts they finally got back to me and said they would give me a 40% credit, and I could keep the product. Responded with Thanks-but-no-thanks. Have reached out 2 more times for shipping instructions. It has now been one month and nothing is resolved.

Just started taking the Capsaicin, so it is a little early to review the product itself. I will say that I contacted customer service about changing my shipping schedule, and they were very responsive. Contacted them last night and heard back from Brey first thing this morning acknowledging that they had changed per my request. I can't ask for a better response time than that. I wish that all my Customer Experiences were so efficient.

So far so good. Had issues with getting set on our phones, but Taylor, in their customer service department responded immediately with detailed instructions and walked me through step-by-step. If the package works as good, I will be pleased.

A scam. Their website says "30 day returns - No hassle", but when you try to return they point to their terms & conditions where "sale" items can't be returned. Yet, everything on their site is a sale item, so nothing can be returned. When you push the issue they give an address in China where you can send back at your expense. The quality is horrible! They go by the name Ivy and Rose - Charleston, but they are actually a company out of the Netherlands and ship the products from China. Don't waste your money.

Bought devices to keep animals away from my yard. Set-up as instructed and none of them worked. I contacted UpliftDeals to return for a refund. They offered me a 40% refund. In order to get a 100% I would have to return the items to an address in China. In the end, they sell me items that do not work and keep 60% of my money. What a scam.

This is a scam product. Turned on right next to my dog. He barked and nothing happened. I contacted Pawcify to return for credit, as they do not work. I was offered a 20% refund. To get a 100% refund I have to return to an address in China. Funny how they do not say that on their website. DO NOT BUY!

Love the book! Well done and great quality. This will be a forever keepsake.
