He quickly explained why my application was not accepted and then helped me find alternate viable options within the Zypto app. His responses were fast, courteous and thorough. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great experience.

Debit card: They say no top-up charges...NOT TRUE. I topped up their card with USDT Tron and they want $5 each time. Is no card company on the up and up? They all seem shady.

Horrible experience, long waiting for even small top ups, scandalous costumer support, with consecutive inconsistent lies, just to justify the incapability of solving the issue, they don`t care if you are in a bad position... Inconsistency in the lies, if I show the chat with the support is gonna become a meme... Right now that I am writing, I am waiting for a top up of less than 20$ for almost 4 hours... And it is not the first time. Let`s not talk about the fees... I don`t even know why I used this app. Beware guys, there are plenty of good solutions out there.
