I put all my retirement money, six hundred and twenty thousand dollars into Kolos system because Kolo looked good.

At first everything seemed fine with Kolo so I felt safe.

When I tried to take my money out of Kolos system Kolos support team started asking questions making excuses and then they just stopped answering my questions.

Kolo took my money I lost everything because of Kolo.

I want to warn you about Kolo.

Most of the reviews about Kolo are not real you can tell they are fake or paid for.

The only real reviews are from people like me who got hurt by Kolo.

When I was feeling very sad nobody would listen to me another person who also got hurt by Kolo told me to talk to P·o·m·a advisory.

I was very upset did not trust anyone but P·o·m·a advisory was kind and listened to me.

P·o·m·a advisory gave me advice without making promises they could not keep.

Fraudulent Ledger Manipulation and Total Lack of Support

Avoid this app if you value your money. They processed 7 duplicate transactions on my account in an 8-second window for a card that I had already DELETED. When I asked for RRNs or Authorization codes to verify these "force-posts," they went silent and deactivated my account. They are now illegally withholding a separate merchant refund to offset the "debt" created by their own system glitch. I have filed a formal regulatory complaint with the OCIF (Case R-2026-0126). Use anyone else.

Beyond the technical failures, Kolo has now summarily deactivated all accounts in Zimbabwe without warning or explanation. They have cut off access to wallets, leaving users with no way to withdraw their remaining balances.

Most of the reviews here are fake. You can clearly see they paid for / bot it.

In reality, Kolo is a CEX that steals users' fund. They will not support asset recovery, ask questions that are not relevant and just quietly end the support whenever they like.

They are experts at making excuses and steal your fund

Unfortunately, my experience with this crypto/finacial company turned out to be very unpleasant.I found that their services,in fact is not efficient nor aequate nor customer-friendly at all... They might reply that "As a regulated financial institution, they must adhere to strict internal and regulatory policies. Under these requirements, thy may occasionally need to reject services for an account, and they are often restricted from disclosing the specific reasons behind such decisions. however, as customers we can still find the other which offer much more better customer friendly services without too much restrictions and rejections..
I would highly recommend not to use the services of such company which has too much restrictions against customers!!..

Scam organisation took my USDC never updated my balances. The bogus card they have cannot be uploaded onto your phones wallet plus the reviews on here are all fake & there is no App in the App Store trust the reviews with one star AVOID AVOID AVOID

Kolo customer support is the best support. It is always available to help 24*7. Anytime I run into a question or problem even minor. I go to telegram and ask for support. And I am really happy and satisfied with their customer support and how they value their customer. I like it so much. Within 2-10min my issue gets resolved. Never seen such support or assistance. I am really amazed and happy to use their product. Will recommend everyone to use kolo.

Did all checks ,verification second time , all passed.
Support team - totally incompetent. Looks like the people was just grabbed from the street without any knowledges.
