I ordered a Celestial Orbit Perpetual Motion Pendulum from a Google advert.Although it looks the part the advert was very misleading stating that it was made of Brass in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter.Included was supposed to be a stamped Authentication certificate. Not true. It was supposedly been made by a man in his 70's who was giving up his trade. It was not Brass and it was powered by a battery. I checked out the name of the company Orex Workshop, Birmingham Jewellery Quarter.I found nothing.It was obviously a scam as I checked out the website who was selling it. Site not found ! Also a big give away was the box it came in. Made in CHINA !!!How do these people get away with telling outright lies.I am furious.

Ich habe eine Klimabox bei Hatme bestellt und geliefert bekommen. Leider war diese durch den Transport beschädigt worden und defekt.
Nach einigen Mail's bot mir Hatme dieses Gerät Kostenlos zu ersetzen.
Der Kontakt war nett, freundlich und Zuvorkommend .

This is another overseas company that doesn't have a fair returns policy. They advertised bras on Google which I bought because returns were mentioned. But now I'm told the address is not in UK even though they call themselves Yooje UK. They offer me £6 & suggest I can resell the bras!! So that I don't have to pay the postage.
Perhaps I haven't learned the lesson not to trust some overseas companies however nice their products are. They aren't honest about their returns policies till after you've bought the goods. I suppose the only way we can avoid this is by buying through Amazon.

Die Firma HH Europe hat mit mir versucht eine Lösung für das Problem zu finden. Da das Gerät nicht meinen technischen Vorstellungen entsprach wurden mir zuerst Rabatte angeboten und zum Schluß wurde die volle Erstattung angeboten. Das finde ich gut das dieses Problem zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst wurde

Wanted to cancel a recent order. The company responded quickly, politely and arranged a refund as requested without any problems.

The company were very good at sorting out a problem I had & it was settled very quickly

I ordered pendulum but have not received this yet. EVRI say they are still waiting on it

Ich wünschte ich könnte 0 Sterne geben. Auf deren Website steht eine Größe größer kaufen, passt auch nicht. Ewiges Hin und Her beim Email schreiben. Und zum Schluss der Erpressungsversuch ist das dumm-dreisteste was ich je gelesen habe. Sie würden mir für 9,99€ ein Ersatzprodukt schicken, wenn ich eine 5 Sterne Bewertung hier auf Trustpilot gebe UND denen einen Screenshot davon schicke. Dann würden sie sich bemühen (nicht sie würden es tun, sondern sich bemühen) mir ein Ersatzprodukt zu schicken.
Finger weg von denen. Schlimmer gehts nicht. Wie kann man nur so sein.

Ordered two by mistake - my mistake but after an email the company agreed to change the order and offer me a refund in 5 days. Good response and great service!

Habe bei Hatme 2 Hosen bestellt.Die Hosen waren aber zu klein.DerE-mail Verkehr war sehr schnell und informatief und es wurde eine schnelle Lösung des Umtausches gefunden.

Looks like it was proper shafted....didnt look to size poorly made well overpriced...packaging not proffesional enough...I won't be scammed again stick your Robin where the sun don't shine

The company was very quick to get my items to me. I love the material and had a little difficulty contacting them to discuss a problem but was pleasantly surprised to receive a return email the same day to sort out the problem. As I'm not a computer expert it took me awhile to contact them. I would have really liked a paper invoice and payment slip with easier access written on it included in the parcel to be able
to contact them easier. Overall happy with the result and look forward to my replacement order.
