They are completely fraud, i bought coldeez. It was small fan blowing. They deduct £93.97 instead of £60. I ask for my refund. They ask me to post back the item coldeez, and it was in china. I paid £27 to send the item. They did not and never refund my money. They are fraud. They should be arrested. I have lots of email for evidence. No one deserve to be fraud by this company. Coldeez is fraud.

ein Stern ist viel zu gut. Billiger Ventillator, sonst nichts. Wer mal nachdenkt, dem fällt auf, das es physikalisch unmöglich ist, einen Raum zu kühlen, ohne die warme Abluft raus zu leiten.
We immer noch so einen Chinamist kauft, dem ist nicht zu helfen.

No os dejéis engañar por el marketing: esto es un timo con apariencia de producto premium

Lo compramos confiando en la garantía de devolución que anunciaban, porque unas prestaciones tan buenas para el precio ya nos hacían sospechar. Craso error: deberíamos haber hecho caso a esa sospecha inicial, no a la garantía.

La realidad del producto, muy lejos de lo prometido:

No enfría más que un ventilador convencional. Cero innovación real detrás del envoltorio.
Prometen 10 horas de autonomía; en la práctica, no llega ni a 4. Menos de la mitad.
Todo el marketing está diseñado para parecer una marca occidental, pero es un producto chino más, vendido con una vuelta de tuerca publicitaria.
La trampa está en la "garantía de devolución": Para devolverlo, exigen que esté sin usar y precintado en su embalaje original. Es decir: la única forma de comprobar si el producto cumple lo prometido es abrirlo y usarlo, y eso automáticamente te deja sin derecho a devolución. La garantía está diseñada para que nunca puedas ejercerla de forma legítima.

Y si aun así decides devolverlo, los gastos de envío corren de tu cuenta, con destino China: un coste que iguala o supera el precio del propio producto. Resultado: la garantía es papel mojado, una promesa que nunca se traduce en dinero recuperado.

El resultado final: pagamos 90€ (incluyendo 18€ extra por un "seguro" para cubrir imprevistos) y la única devolución que consiguieron ofrecernos fue de 15€. Todo el sistema —desde el precinto obligatorio hasta los gastos de envío a China— está pensado para que la devolución sea inviable en la práctica, no para proteger al comprador.

Conclusión: si veis un producto con promesas espectaculares y una garantía "sin riesgo", mirad siempre la letra pequeña de las condiciones de devolución antes de fiaros del argumento comercial. En este caso, todo apuntaba a que era demasiado bueno para ser verdad, y lo era. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto.

La note de 1 est encore trop élevée, car c'est une escroquerie. Déjà pour la livraison du rafraîchisseur, il y a eu une semaine de retard. L'appareil en lui-même n'est pas beaucoup plus efficace qu'un bon ventilateur, avec l'inconvénient de devoir le recharger régulièrement en glaçons. Pour pouvoir le renvoyer, j'ai dû expliquer le mauvais fonctionnement, et malgré cela, je n'ai plus eu de réponse, et donc impossible de le renvoyer. Maintenant le site est classé comme frauduleux.

Depuis bientôt deux mois j attends le remboursement promis pour un ventilateur non livré…
Je reçois toujours le même message me disant d attendre 3/4 jours le virement qu ils ont effectué. Mais rien à l horizon!
C est une véritable arnaque donc à fuir!!!
J ai perdu 70€…

No cumple con lo especificado, ofrecen devolución sin problemas y cuando tratas de devolverlo te ofrecen 15 euros por los dos y que si quieres seguir con la devolución son 80 dólares.
Un timo.

Its a cold blower for you to use on yourself...not a chance in hell it can cool a room...would struggle to cool my downstairs toilet....waste of money,,, misleading sales info and i feel ripped off...don't waste your money

Please don't purchase this...You won't receive a air conditioning unit that has a water reserve ! - you will receive a small standard insignificant fan.
I purchased two Coldeez units plus two warranty. I was extremely lucky that I made payment by PayPal, once I realised this product was not as advertised I opened a case in PayPal against Coldeez and thankfully I have been refunded.

I don't even want to give this item 1 star. I ordered 3 paying £150 and £24 postage. The coolers are lightweight plastic fans that are completely useless in cooling my campervan ,which was the reason I bought).very very annoyed and disappointed

Do not buy these fans it is a complete con. It doesn’t cool a room down and you can’t return it without them charging $50-80 back to China! BEWARE that it does not take you to a billing page to review your order they just take your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Company is not at all customer friendly, I returned the product but they refuse to collect any returns from the parcel company and its going to cost me extra as parcel co will charge us for disposing the returns to their company address

Not worth the money need to be sat close to really feel any benefit. Tried to return and was offered £7 to keep it then £15. So I would definitely not recommend buying this item!!!!!

Hände weg von allem was dieser Firma anbietet . Angebliche Klimaanlage ist nicht mal ein guter Ventilator. Ist laut und von dem Material her typischer China treck.

Es un ventilador chiquitito, caro y solo notas el aire pegado a tu cara, eso de que enfria no es cierto, te sale mejor comprandolo en Amazon, me salio po 74 €, para una habitación no vale. Lo único es que como es pequeño lo puedes meter en la maleta. Osea un fraude y el transporte ni te cuento lo que tarda y la dificultad en poder contactar, ni un telefono que te atiendan sin locución

Dieses angebliche "Kühlgerät" ist reine VERARSCHUNG !!! Es taugt nicht mal als kleiner Ventilator, viel zu schwach.
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Rückgabe. Keine Mailadresse, keine Postanschrift,kein Retourenschein.
60 € Ausgabe für nichts!
