Mi i hanno bannato senza spiegazioni, male male

Ho acquistato il set lego 31214, pagato € 79,99.
Nel momento in cui vado ad aprire la confezione (che era sigillata), manca interamente la busta N.9.

Vado ad ordinare i mattoncini mancanti, circa 25 (nemmeno tutti quelli contenuti nella busta), ma sufficienti a completare il set anche grazie ai mattoncini che ho a disposizione a casa…..esito negativo, Lego risponde che ne ho ordinati troppi.

Allora effettuo un ulteriore tentativo, ordino solo i pezzetti ESSENZIALI, circa 6 mattoncini…..
Ancora esito negativo, risultano essere ancora troppi.

Mi dispiace, sono un grande appassionato Lego, ma in questo caso il servizio clienti fa veramente schifo.

In einem meiner neuen großen Lego Sets wurde versehentlich ein vollständiger Teile-Beutel doppelt reingelegt, ein anderes fehlte dafür. Ich möchte mich bei dem Kundensupport bedanken, der wirklich zeitnah und sehr freundlich per Mail reagierte und mir ohne weitere Umstände den fehlenden Beutel innerhalb einer Woche nach Hause nachschickte. Danke für diesen unkomplizierten Support. :-)

Pre ordered a set for my autistic son.
DPD claimed they couldn't deliver, even though they have my what3words on their app. I had it redirected to a pickup point as they are incompetent.
The pickup point at post office said they never dropped it off. Upon looking at the tracking it was going back to Lego.
I contacted Lego customer service who could not have been less helpful. The advisor did not listen to my concerns and the upset this has caused to someone unable to comprehend what's happening, and literally left the live chat with it still not resolved. Disgusting.

Lego is the most profitable toy company in the world. The extreme reduction of PRINTS and re-use of current colours and moulds gives them unrealistic assurance and this might just be the downfall as seen early 2000’s LEGO.

Ho acquistato recentemente questo set LEGO e sono rimasto assolutamente entusiasta. La spedizione è stata velocissima e la confezione è arrivata in condizioni impeccabili, senza alcun graffio.Il libretto delle istruzioni è chiaro e dettagliato, rendendo il montaggio un'esperienza rilassante e divertente dall'inizio alla fine. I pezzi sono divisi in buste numerate perfettamente organizzate, il che evita qualsiasi tipo di confusione. Una volta completato, il set è solido, ricco di dettagli sorprendenti e fa una figura splendida esposto in stanza.La qualità dei materiali LEGO si conferma eccezionale come sempre. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo per il livello di dettaglio offerto. Consigliatissimo sia per i collezionisti che come idea regalo!

I ordered the Pokémon smart play, training house with Pikachu and Mewto Lab Break for my Grandsons birthday which is today. He wants to fight one against the other but you can’t. You need a smart brick for both pokemon but only the Pikachu kit has one. Lego do not sell separately so the only way to get one is to spend another £100. I contacted Lego as I am very disappointed as I think the website and the marketing is very misleading and my Grandson is very disappointed and has spoilt his birthday as he was so looking forward to playing with his toys and they do not work as marketed on the website. Lego pointed me to a second hand site where I can buy a smart brick from Poland for £60 but I am worried I am going to get ripped off again. Very disappointing. Won’t buy any more Lego after this.

This is a follow up to a review I wrote a few days ago. I was having problems with customer service over an issue. At the time it was not resolved.
Well, now it is. Finally tonight, my daughter has received the e-gift card I ordered for her👍👍👍
It’s only taken them ten days to do it🙄🙄🙄, which seems to be a lot less time than a lot of customers have experienced, and at least she has received it, and I haven’t lost the money I paid out.
To be honest I don’t think they would have bothered about it if I hadn’t kept sending emails inquiring what the heck was going on…….emails which were never answered.
I did get an email from customer service yesterday (21st) to say the issue was resolved and that they had sent my daughter her e-gift card, but no apology for not answering my emails or keeping me informed of any progress.
I shan’t be buying from Lego again though, that’s for sure!

On m’a fait cadeau le lego technic 42207 qui est une F1 Ferrari.
En faisant la F1 il m’a manqué des pièces essentielles pour la construction de celle-ci !
Au prix que ça coûte je trouve inadmissible qu’il manque des pièces et qu’il faille stuc semaines pour les obtenir par le moyen du site officiel lego !
Manque de professionnalisme évident et la preuve c’est que le site officiel a un onglet pièces manquantes …. Boooo

Mi mala valoración es con la decepción de atención al cliente de Lego, y Lego en si misma.
Compré hace más de un año un lego star wars en carrefour. Como es habitual, los guardo y los monto con mi hijo según pueda, porque es fan y ya tiene bastantes. En este caso abro la caja estos dias perfectamente sellada y al abrir la bolsa 1 pues nada coincide con las piezas. Las demás igual. La caja y instrucciones si, el contenido no, sin figuras ni nada parecido.
Lo primero: Sé que compré en carrefour y ya intentaré encontrar el ticket aunque sea difícil y haya abierto la caja para reclamar.
Lo segundo: sabiendo esto llamo a atención al cliente. Sus palabras exactas son que con carrefour pasa esto a veces (???) . Que envie fotos para el paquete con número de serie y contenido. Lo hago.
Respuesta: no es error de fabricación. Literal. ¿Entonces si esta sellada de fabrica como dejan vender a carrefour y culpabillizarles de vender algo perfecto Lego? Digo perfecto porque no admiten, a) que podria ser error de empaquetado, b) que alguien manipuló el paquete en fábrica y metió lo que no debía si eso es posible en la honestidad Lego, claro.
Me quedaría con la parte a, que realmente buscaba, la autocritica de posible errores. Pero no. Algo pasa carrefour. Y podría pasar pues amazon, corte ingles, fnax, abacus..cualquiera...y para lego ellos son responsables como distribuidores de lego que ellos eligen muy al detalle.
¿Si saben de un fallo que no sé, porque no le quitan a carrefour la venta de lego?
Ya sé que a quien compré y seguramente abre perdido el dinero y producto que ya no se vende. Pero mi critica va más allá con Lego como responsable de fabricación y por su respuesta que es inútil. Es como comprarme un coche en un concesionario no oficial y decir que el coche lo fabricó vete a saber.
Lamentablemente esperaba más pero entiendo porque muchos seguidores lego por otros motivos están muy descontentos.

I've had good luck with the Lego website. I get what I order and it comes relatively fast. The only issue I have had has been in buying individual pieces. The Pick a Brick section is well organized and it's easy to find what I need, but getting those pieces is something else entirely. I ordered a large assortment of pieces and they never came. It took months and then, with no explanation, my order was refunded. It was nice that I didn't have to fight for a refund, but what I really wanted were the pieces I'd ordered. So, I won't be bothering with that again. But the rest of the site is good. It's easy to navigate the site and the products have always come to me quickly.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS ARE NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY ADVERTISE, Bought a Fortnite set for my son primarily for the fortnite redeemable game skins, when I registered it it displayed an already claimed message, it’s been 3 weeks. lego has made me sign up to buy their products on their site and jump through a bunch of hoops, their support is not at all helpful and now i’m giving up trying to fix it, last lego product I will ever buy

5 semaines d’échanges avec le SAV pour essayer de payer ou de se faire rembourser 680 euros de chèques Lego pour en revenir au point de départ soit pas de solution. Des discours contradictoires du genre on vous rembourse… en fait non… si vous limitez le nombre de chèques Lego a 3x150 euros, limitez le prix de vos sets à 450 euros!

Seit über vier Jahren verläuft fast jeder Versuch, im offiziellen LEGO Onlineshop zu bestellen, frustrierend. Von kleinen Bestellungen bis hin zu großen Exklusiv-Sets werden sämtliche Aufträge nach kurzer Zeit automatisch storniert.
Mehrere Kontaktaufnahmen mit dem Kundenservice blieben ergebnislos – man wird mit Standardantworten abgespeist und es wird keine funktionierende Lösung angeboten.
Ein weiteres großes Problem: Wenn ein neu gekauftes Set Mängel aufweist (z. B. fehlende oder beschädigte Bausteine), wird mir auch die Anforderung von Ersatzteilen verwehrt. Ein normaler Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Sehr schade, wie hier mit treuen Kunden umgegangen wird.

I have nothing but praise for the LEGO Customer Service. I recently placed items in my online basket, and when I returned to pay a free gift had been removed. I complained and a supervisor rang me within 20 minutes to explain that demand had been very high and the item was out of stock. The supervisor listened to me carefully and said she would do what she could to see if there were any cancelled or spare stock. I was astounded to receive the gift within days of my complaint. Brilliant service, and a very happy customer

helt ubrukelig firma, bestilte noen lego sett, ble trukket fra kontoen, de sender ordren, også blir jeg refundert uten at jeg merker det. hvorfor i alledager skal dem refundere meg når orderen ER sendt? også blokkerer dem brukeren min så nye ordre ikke blir sendt
og oppi dette truer dem nå med og kansellere ordre pga " manglende " betaling med limited items jeg ikke får taki om dem kansellerer. dette er faen meg helt bak mål, jeg er sjokkert, trodde lego group skulle være bittelitt mer særiøst

jeg mener dette IKKE er min feil, da jeg HADDE betalt.
