Hi! Thank you for the feedback. The delivery time and the returns experience are both on us, and we're addressing both, how tracking reaches customers, and the returns process itself.
The product page for that set states the slippers are sold separately, though I take your point that the image leads with them. On sourcing, we design in Montreal and manufacture overseas, primarily in China; it's disclosed on our shipping page, but it belongs on the product page.

Poor delivery and Poor quality
I recently ordered the ana floral duffle bag on the 1st of August and it arrived yesterday on the 18th. Shipping was long and wholly unreliable with no communication which is a completely inadequate service. However once the bag arrived it had a gorgeous flora design and was a perfectly sized bag for travelling. On the contrary the quality was extremely thin for a ‘quilted’ bag and as soon as I put weight in the bag the clasp at the end broke so not an entirely practical design and especially not happy for the money I spent.

We've since been in touch directly and refunded the order in full. The clasp photos have gone to the manufacturer, since a fastening that fails under a first load is a defect rather than wear.
The delivery time and the silence around it are the part we're still fixing. A seventeen-day transit with no updates isn't what we advertise, and we're rebuilding how tracking information reaches customers rather than treating this as a one-off.
Hooked with my first order
Ordered multiple items which all came within the early part of the delivery window. All items were as described and I'm going to order again from this company. Love all the items they are selling...the items are all my exact taste as well. Website is easy to navigate as well.

Delivery was very longer than expected. So if ordering I would advise ordering way in advance. When I contacted them their reply responses were fast but they wasn’t too helpful as they were giving me information I already had which was very frustrating. The courier J&T tracking doesn’t work or is dodgey when pressing the tracking link it never loads!!! On the upside the light seems to be very good, looks like the photos when I turned it on during the day. Can’t wait to try it at night. Quality light I’d say 9/10

On delivery, we're sorry it took longer than expected, and that the tracking link not loading properly. That's a bug on our end, not something you did wrong, and we're looking into the J&T tracking integration directly so it stops happening.

Ordered a utensil set back in April to…
Ordered a utensil set back in April to gift to a friend. One piece in the set was damaged. They sent a replacement, but it was the wrong utensil. They sent a second replacement, again, of the wrong utensil. They sent a third replacement that is now just magically lost in the mail. Keep in mind all of this shipping takes weeks at a time. I was never able to gift the entire set and they refuse to provide a refund. This business is scammy af. Do not order from here.

Looking back at what happened, from a damaged ladle in April, to two replacements that were the wrong utensil, to a third that never arrived, this should not have taken three months, and it should not have been left to you to contact USPS on our behalf, twice.
We are processing a full refund for this order rather than attempting a fourth shipment. You should not have to wait any longer or track anything else down. If you do not see it reflected within 5 business days, please reach out to anna@nordicpeace.com with your order number and we will make sure it is resolved directly, no further steps required on your end.
I am also sorry this became your experience of us. We are fixing how our team handles situations like this so a shipping issue does not turn into months of back and forth for anyone else.
Disappointing Experience
I ordered 3 pairs of slippers because I thought they were super cute and couldn't decide. Shipping took a long time. The slippers are definitely cute but I'm not sure about the quality or how long they'll last. I was also disappointed that the company isn't more transparent. They push the idea that they are "family owned" but their products come from China and I feel like they almost try to cover it up. Tracking just leads to their website where it says it's shipping from the country of origin. I only found out it was coming from China because I googled the tracking number. I also posted basically this same review on their website on all 3 pairs that I purchased only to find that all 3 reviews were deleted a few days later. It seems they only keep the highly rated reviews and the lower rated reviews that still sound flattering.

Hi Jess, thank you for such an honest and detailed review. This is exactly the kind of feedback that's actually useful to us, even though I know it wasn't a great experience.
You're right to flag the sourcing. A number of our pieces, including these slippers, do ship from overseas suppliers, including China. You shouldn't have had to track that down yourself. That's something we should be upfront about before you order, not something you have to dig for. We're working on making our shipping and sourcing information clearer site wide so it's obvious from the start, not a surprise partway through delivery.
I completely hear you on the note of the reviews disappearing, I'm not going to brush past that. We're looking into what happened with your three reviews specifically. If that was a mistake on our end, we want to correct it.
On the slippers themselves, if the quality doesn't hold up, we want to make that right too. Could you email us at anna@nordicpeace.com with your order number? I want someone to actually look at all three of these, not just note the complaint.

Poor quality and poor customer service
I bought a pair of slippers as a gift. Within 4 weeks of use they began falling apart. These are terrible quality and I would not recommend buying from this company. To make matters worse when I raised with their customer service rather than offering a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law they instead suggested their policy would only allow them to offer a 50% discount on a new pair. Disappointing experience all round and I won’t ever be considering a purchase from them again.

We take quality concerns seriously, and 4 weeks is well short of what we'd expect from these slippers. We'd also like to look into how your refund request was handled.

Cute but not durable
I love these slippers, but this is my 2nd time buying them because they fully fell apart after 1 year: the rubber in the sole cracked and the insert fell out. Cute slippers but short life span!

I ordered a white fur throw as a gift…
I ordered a white fur throw as a gift for a young teenager. Delivery was very slow; the item finally arrived shrink wrapped & reduced to the size and weight of a brick. I unpacked it and found it to be of very poor quality, it was made in China not Canada as expected, it was completely wrinkled and creased, and had a dirty brown mark on it. I am waiting for instructions from the company in order to return it to obtain a refund ! Disgusted with the company and its customer service

Thank you for the honest review, and I'm sorry the throw reached you slowly and with a mark on it. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I understand your disappointment.
I reached out to you personally by email last week and refunded your order in full, with nothing to return and no photos needed.
One thing worth mentioning is that the throw ships vacuum sealed to cut down on packaging and shipping impact, so it does arrive compact and flat before returning to full size and softness within a few minutes of unwrapping. On the rare occasion something does go wrong, as it did here, we would far rather refund quickly than put a customer through hoops.

The cream colour you ordered is the shade we sent, it simply carries a warm pink undertone that can read differently depending on the light and the screen it was viewed on.
