I use Prodigi products as part of my professional work as an illustrator, and I absolutely love their stationery range. The quality is excellent, and their customer service is always helpful and responsive. A great partner for my business - I highly recommend Prodigi!

I’ve had a great experience with Prodigi. My fine art photographs have been beautifully reproduced, with excellent detail, color, and beautiful quality papers. I’ve also been very pleased with their customer support. While preparing my softcover and hardcover books, their team took the time to clearly explain the setup and help me resolve the layout issues. A special thank you to Mack David and Ruth Smith for their patience, clear explanations, and excellent support. I truly appreciate the quality of Prodigi’s work and the care of their team. Been using Prodigi for 9 months now for 20-30 orders per months for my Etsy store. Overall been a great experience.

Pros:
- print quality is great
- seamless integration to Etsy and syncing of products
- good pricing across product range
- customer service is great at getting issues resolved promptly

Cons:
- About 1 in 30 prints has had some sort of issue, creasing, damaged frame etc. Recently exacerbated as they seem to have shifted from using tubes to send prints to using boxes which more easily crumple
- Occasionally, say 1 in 50 prints, the estimated dispatch date gets missed, without any sort of notification. For selling on Etsy this can be an issue as products become overdue, or missing a tight deadline requested by the client

My recommendations for 5 star service:
- go back to using tubes for prints!
- Improve the order progress tracking to record and show each step an order goes through and when (printing, qa, packing, dispatch) and notify the customer if the estimated dispatch date has to get pushed back for some reason, so they can communicate that to their customers.

Overall great service, with just a little polish needed

I made a mistake with the print image when I ordered an A5 Hardback lined notebook, and was disappointed with the results. However, once I emailed the company, a very kind and helpful man named Mack David patiently explained the issue and then swiftly offered a solution. Customer service at its finest and I’m now very very happy with my purchase!

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I genuinely wanted to.

Before choosing Prodigi, I ordered sample prints from several different print-on-demand providers to compare the product quality. Out of all of them, Prodigi's framed fine art print was by far my favourite. The print quality, the premium materials, the frame itself, the packaging, and even the presentation all stood out.

As a new Etsy seller, it was incredibly important that the final product matched my artwork exactly. During the process, we discovered that the artwork wasn't sitting perfectly within the frame because of the frame lip. It wasn't immediately clear where the issue originated, but rather than simply pointing me back to my file, the team immediately started looking for a solution together with me.

From that moment on, the level of customer service was exceptional.

Ruth kept me informed every step of the way, communicated clearly and kindly, and worked closely with the production team to carefully review my artwork before anything was shipped. They even sent photos of the print during production so I could check the result myself. When a small adjustment of just a few millimetres was needed, they explained exactly what had to be changed, allowing me to update my artwork with confidence.

After I uploaded the revised file, they didn't simply print and send it. Instead, they checked the new version again, sent me another preview, and only proceeded with dispatch after I confirmed that everything looked exactly as I wanted. That level of care is something you don't come across very often.

What impressed me most was their attitude. At no point did I feel like I was being blamed for the issue. Instead, they genuinely wanted to understand what had happened and worked with me to achieve the best possible result. As someone selling artwork professionally, that kind of partnership is incredibly valuable.

Prodigi has done an AMAZING job printing my fine art photography on Hahnemuhle papers. I am a very discerning photographer who has mostly printed on my own large format printer, but now that I have discovered Prodigi can print on these high quality photo rag papers to such a high degree, I find using them as my lab works wonderfully, and quite frankly, just a cheaply as I can do on my own. Great job Prodigi!

I've been a regular small business customer for almost 3 years and I'm glad to say that the value, quality standards, and customer service has stayed consistent throughout. Feedback has been taken on board with regular updates and improvements to their software.

I recently experienced an issue with an order of Chromaluxe metal prints. While the investigation and resolution process took some time, the Prodigi support and technical teams remained engaged throughout and worked diligently to identify the cause of the problem.

Once the issue was confirmed, the team took corrective action and ensured that the order was properly resolved. The replacement prints have now arrived, and the quality is excellent. The images are beautifully reproduced, and the finished products meet my expectations.

Just started using these guys as my print on demand for my etsy shop. There was an initial sync issue. But Prodigy customer service ran with the issue until it was resolved with consistent communication. Mack David was the hero with this.

They made it up to me by giving me an offer on my first sample prints. I was blown away with the quality. The EMA 200gsm is archival quality. The ink, tone, detail and brightness is superb. The packaging was thoughtful and conscientious with fast processing and delivery.

My order was not right - these things happen which I accept. Communication was initially pretty poor, HOWEVER they have now fully resolved the situation for me.

Great service, had some issues but they are always quick to respond. Website can be a bit glitchy sometimes which is expected and I think they are always working on it but it's so easy to use much better than others.

Quality of prints are good!

I had ordered a couple of personalised items but due to my country’s newly changed customs’ policy, I couldn’t receive my order.

I contacted Prodigi customer services and they helped me out very kindly to sort the situation.

I’m very pleased with the kind words and understanding that I received. Definitely some of the best customer service out there.

Prodigi altered my foil artwork in production and won't take accountability for their print issues. The print they sent looked sloppy because they cut out chunks of white on the print which were not removed on the original PNG file. After triple checking on their website and my art the file I sent was not like the print I received. They blamed me for the print saying "After reviewing the order, it appears that the file submitted for production is not the same as the original PNG you’re referring to." but when I sent them screenshots proving that couldn't be possible as there was only the file I sent on their website, they didn't email me back at all. They even admitted it could have been edited, saying this "It’s possible that a different version of the file was uploaded or passed through during the order process, which may have resulted in the changes you’re seeing" so basically they did edit the file but won't fix the print. I'd steer clear of the foil prints if you have any sort of white on your image at all. The quality of the paper was good but I can't trust them to not screw up a print now.

Placed an order for Prodigi to print a set of 3 prints for a customer from my etsy shop. First time i have printed and i made a mistake. Customer services were absolutely fantastic in guiding me where i went wrong, cancelled my order for me and directed me what to order so the correct item was shipped to my customer. Communication was immediate so there was no delay for my customer and my problem was sorted swiftly. Will definitely be using Prodigi for my Esty sales! Many thanks again!
