At first i got the mouse with wheel that works depends on her mood, but then i got new mouse (replacement), i do really like this mouse, VXE R1 imo lwk the best mouse depends on price

Friendly and helpful customer service. I have Ace 68 GT and this keyboard is the best on the market. No other can compete to this one. Build quality is outsanding, it is first 16k keyboard, but the sound ! omg the klak Thocky sound is so wonderful to hear. Keyborad is also super fast, switches are like butter fantastic. I highly recommend.

Livraison un peu longue mais sinon ça va, tout est nickel et le colis et super bien emballer. Le service client est exceptionnel !! J'ai acheter un Ace 68 gt.

Del producto 10/10 yo compre un MCHOSE jet 75 y un K7 V2 ultra y me parecen excelentes productos calidad precio pero el punto malo fue totalmente el servicio de paquetería nacional, pésima atención al cliente, yo cometí el error de no agregar la colonia y lo modifiqué el miércoles 26 agosto y mi paquete llego a Monclova el martes 25 me apareció en reparto y no fue entregado en todo el transcurso del día e comuniqué al contacto que me proporcionaron y ni si quiera servía y al día siguiente mande correo y me comentaron el problema de la colonia y se modificó ese mismo día y el 27 agosto la paquetería nacional me confirmó que estaba correcto y me reprogramo entrega y ese mismo 27 agosto me salió als 11 am en reparto no llego nadie en todo el día y el 28 agosto mandé correo no me contestaron nunca y el paquete me llegó hasta el domingo 30 agosto pero basicamente yo no tenía certeza de nada ya que ni si quisiera me contestaban. Así que le atribuyó 100% mi inconformidad de la compra totalmente al servicio de paquetería nacional y claro que también un % lo lleva el remitente ya que ellos brindan ese servicio de paquetería. Y si la pase mal ya que estuve esperando el paquete casi 4 semanas!

Great brand i bought from there a keyboard ace60 pro it was pretty cheap and i had problems at the beginning but i contacted the support and support sended the new keyboard and it work. They have great customer support, pretty cheap

The mouse is great, but I do have a few points I want to point out.

- Grip Stickers: Only two of them; I have no idea where to stick them. Maybe a small picture to help will go a long way

- Software Mchose HUB: Looks clean but is awfully slow and sometimes needs to reload a bunch of times to finally get it to work. There was also no instruction for the HUB app or website; I just googled it. Maybe referencing it on a piece of paper in the packaging would be great.

- In the DPI settings, I would love to change the colors for each DPI. Right now you can't change the colors, and it's a set rotation with red, blue, green, etc. I would like to change my main DPI to my favorite color.

Other than those things, I am very happy and satisfied with the mouse. 60€ was a bit pricey, so finding some way to lower the price would make this mouse even more popular.

We had trouble getting our package due to the courier. The customer service team was excellent to deal with! Very responsive to my emails. So far my son likes his keyboard that we ordered.

This is my second time buying a keyboard and mouse from this company and first of all I want to say their customer service is amazing. I had an issue where my order was delivered to the incorrect address to no fault of mchose. But when I reached out to customer service I received a reply within hours and they coordinated with me to make sure I got my package. Their quality is amazing, especially given the reasonable price point. And the products are well made and impeccably packaged. If I could give them more stars I would. They really go above and beyond.

Got the mchose ace 68 turbo from them about 5 months ago and not once had an issue with it! Gorgeous keyboard in pink! At first I was worried that I was never gonna get my package because it seemed like it was delayed or something. Was stuck at the airport for a while but luckily everything went through well and got my keyboard after 2 weeks of waiting for it (not patiently of course haha)

Order came on time. The keyboard and mouse work perfectly and I love them. I would buy from this store again.

Very impressed with this company! I have 3 items now. First was the UT98 keyboard which is just a dream to type and game on. Very good quality, 2nd was a L7 Ultra+ mouse, which doesn't feel real! It's so light and quick, again, excellent quality. And lastly my razor headset died so I figured I'd get an mchose, so I bought the V9 Turbos, which are hands down the best I've used so far. It's loud as **** (I can't go to 100%!) and a number of pro player presets an equaliser to do your own and really nice app behind it that works flawlessly. Very impressive mchose!

I really wanted to like this company, there seemed so much promise but alas they drop the ball themselves. While the product is amazing when everything works, the company itself is not good. They cut corners by using budget couriers, so for your expensive shipping costs your parcel will constantly get delayed, and may not arrive at all. MCHOSE if I can give you one piece of advice, do not ship with that terrible yunexpress service. International buyers, if you really must buy this mouse find it at a local PC store, don't give your money directly mchose. If you buy it from a brick and mortar store should you have any warranty issues, they can go into bat for you and you won't get a huge delay in receiving your mouse.

The product itself, bloody brilliant. The choices of this company, very very much not brilliant.

Either don't buy, or buy it local and support your ma and pa PC stores

Terrible company that don’t stand by their product to offer warranty within 1 year. I got my mouse for 7 months and battery stopped charging. They do not issue warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
