I was able to win a giveaway and Attack Shark was able to communicate with me and make the experience much more than the giveaway. I already own a few items from this company so I was already excited. I highly recommend their products.

Attack shark team is very cooperative and will help with any issues if a mouse dies or anything . So my experience was perfect

When my keyboard has broken they sent me a new one. Very good overall

The headset is absolutely awesome. My son have been using this for last 6 months and lost bluetooth stick. I reached out to support team and they went extra mile to give new bluetooth stick for my headset. I have very rarely seen someone doing this. Great purchase from Attack Shark. They are truly want to keep their customer happy

I only have their Mice product I completely stunned by their X3 Pro performance and durability. I still have the mouse for 2 years! everyday use the mouse don't have any issue, been fell twice but still clickin' and aiming good.
Now I have their newest mice Mega B2 so far so good but I'll stick with my X3 Pro because it's still not broken.

attack shark might genuinely be the worst scam art piece of crap wbsite ive ever actually been willing to engage with. just tested my patience for about roughly 10 days straight. so for starters i placed my order some point a week ago and had multiple emails coming saying they couldnt deliver it as my address hadnt been filled out however it had they were just too stupid to understand despite me telling them that my house was a name and not a number, these emails went back and forth about 3 times. I then get back from college on a friday excited to my brand new parcel which wouldve absolutely been worth the hastle, if it actually worked. i downlaoded the software and looked at light settings on the keyboard went onto siege and it worked fine ater 10 minutes some keys on the left side stopped working, i did the reasonable thing anyone who has experience in technology would do and turned it on and off unplugged it and replugged it in and searched for similar errors. Turns out the keybaord was simply just faulty leading me to have to send it back only 1 hour after opening it. This piece of rubbish plastic cost me a whole 80 GREAT BRITISH POUNDS may i add. Dont buy from this website, im now ordering off of wooting.

EDIT, order number #117116 and i have sent an email directly to the given email with screenshots attatched of the order number and the review. Assume you can tie up these loose ends and make it not seem like i havent ordered from you publicly for validation you wont be recieving.

These guys are exceptionally professional when it comes to servicing their consumers. I had an issue with a wire I had purchased that was a little on the expensive end and the team over at SHARK handled the situation with care and courtesy beyond what I expected from an electronics company. They all deserve recognition and to be treated with the same respect they've given me throughout the entire process. Flawless service and excellent products!!!

I ordered a wireless gaming mouse. The receiver had an issue and I contacted them about it, the process was smooth and they sent me a new receiver quickly. I am also happy with the mouse and enjoy using it.

The only way to see real service is when the problems appear. And this company has been an excelent support! Without a doubt I highly reccomend Attack Shark!

I love their products, i've only had a problem with a product once but it got fixed in just a few days. The headset i ordered accidentaly broke after a few months, i just sent an email to their support team, they responded in a few hours and after some chit-chat they resent the product. 10/10 support service.

I recently got the new F1 Air Mouse that came out and it was a huge upgrade from the Attack Shark X3. Extremely light and I would say it performs and has similar specs of the top $150+ Mice Brands out there. I initially thought 8000hz polling rate wasn't necessary but I realized how accurate and responsive it was compared to 1000hz Polling rate. I'm happy with both the X3 I had before and the current F1 Air Mouse.

Avoid at all cost got a keyboard for my son when it came the A key was faulty after contacting them for a way to return it i was stuck in a constant email loop of them asking me to make videos and telling me id have to pay the postage to send it back after about 6 times asking they finally told me how i could send it back which i did with proof of postage and since then they have just ignored every email ive sent and have not mentioned a replacement or refund absolutely shocking and im in the process of going through my bank with the screenshots to get the money back that way AVOID

The customer support was amazing! I had bought myself a pair of headphones from them and they were damaged in transit. However, I emailed attack shark and told them about the issue and they were quick to respond and very nice. They sent me a replacement free of charge. :)

Soy usuario de un ratón X11Pro v2 y estoy encantado con él. Funciona perfectamente, suave y responde con precisión. Su tecnología permite utilizarlo tanto con cable (USB) como de manera inalámbrica, tanto por radio (2,4GHz) como por Bluetooth, gracias a su base receptora que también sirve como estación de carga. Un ratón perfecto, al que no se le puede pedir más.
Además, la marca envió el producto con su excelente caja rígida, perfectamente embalado y protegido, llegando en perfecto estado.
