J'ai acheté il y a un an l'aspirateur robot M210, après un léger soucis de capteur de sol j'ai contacté le service client qui à été très rapide et m'a proposé plusieurs solutions afin de garantir la qualité du produit. Je suis satisfaite de mon aspirateur que j'utilise quotidiennement dans mon 50m2

I had an issue with my Lefant M1 robot vacuum that stopped working after just a couple of days. I contacted their customer support, and they were very responsive and professional. They guided me through some troubleshooting steps, and when that didn’t work, they offered to send me a new unit without needing to return the old one.

It did take a bit of time to sort things out, but their communication was clear and polite throughout. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood by their product.

Overall, great service and support — I’m happy with how everything turned out.

Très contente du produit, j'ai dû demander de l'anode au SAV suite à une casse d'usure.
Ils ont répondu rapidement, ils ont trouvé une solution rapidement. J'attends mon colis.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato un lefant N3 il 20 Agosto 2025.Ho contattato l'assistenza Lefant per problemi con il serbatoio dell'acqua, l'apparecchio eroga pochissima acqua e soltanto in modalità alta, pur facendo funzionare lo stesso per più di un ora, il serbatoio rimane sempre pieno.
Dopo uno scambio di email ,dove ho ricevuto tutto il supporto necessario , sono in attesa di un serbatoio nuovo in sostituzione del precedente.

Our robot hoover stopped working after one month of use .
I reported it they asked me to take it apart the hoover and swop over motors. That did not work they asked me to purchase tools locally to access the mother board. They refused to take it back for repair or replacement. Tbh every email I got back sounded like a robot/AI. Extremely poor customer service . Avoid. Much better and more reliable brands out there .

Service après vente très rapide pour trouver une solution quand il y a un problème.

Ho acquistato l’aspirapolvere Lefant a ottobre 2024 e dopo soli 6 mesi si è bloccato, segnalando un malfunzionamento della pompa dell’aria.
Ho contattato l’assistenza clienti, ma invece di risolvere il problema, mi hanno chiesto di effettuare vari controlli e pulire i filtri, senza alcun risultato.
Dopo diverse e-mail, l’assistenza mi ha comunicato che avrebbero spedito una macchina nuova, ma a quasi un mese di distanza non ho ancora ricevuto nulla.
Esperienza pessima, soprattutto per la totale mancanza di supporto e assistenza. Sconsiglio vivamente questo prodotto.

Bought Lefant m330 with superb Price on Amazon, didn’t had high expectations because of the price. Positive surprise was how well it functions and pretty fast too if compared to my 15y old Miele which actually costed 10 times more then.

Ho acquistato il robot m1 circa 1 anno fa, l'ho scelto perché il prezzo e le recensioni erano buone. Ormai dopo molto tempo di utilizzo posso affermare che il prodotto ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, sono molto soddisfatto e lo consiglio. Il potere di aspirazione è perfetto, con la funzione lavaggio attivata va bene senza perdite d'acqua, pulisce bene gli angoli, la mappatura è perfetta, le funzioni sono tante e utili, como farlo partirà à distanza mentre non sei a casa, telecomando, pulizia programmata etc. Sopratutto è molto silenzioso!

J’ai contacté le service après-vente, et au lieu de proposer une solution simple, ils me demandent de démonter moi-même le robot pour vérifier si un moteur est grillé… ce qui est totalement inadapté pour un appareil encore sous garantie. Je joins le lien ci-dessous pour montrer à quel point la procédure est compliquée. Très déçu de la qualité et surtout du service client. »

Inacceptable.

The Hoover works well when it is connected to the Wifi. However, it regularly goes off line and getting it reconnected to the Wifi can take more time than it would to hoover the place myself. There is no real customer support so it is down to the owner to sort out any issues, including the Wifi!

Great affordable robot vacuum cleaner and good customer service team.

J'utilise le robot aspirateur/Laveur Lefant M1, pour un usage journalier.
Le robot fait le travail, aspire et lave les sols correctement. Parfait pour un petit entretien.

Après 2ans d'utilisation, la brosse centrale est tombé en panne.
Je suis passé par le service client Lefant, qui a distance, a diagnostiqué la panne et fait le nécessaire pour m'envoyer sans frais la pièce à changer.
A la fois écologique et pratique.

Ayant eu plusieurs problèmes avec mon aspirateur après plusieurs année d'utilisation, le servie après vente a été très réactif

Dopo un piccolo problema con il primo acquisto, il servizio clienti è stato molto disponibile e ha risolto tutto in breve tempo, sostituendo il prodotto senza difficoltà. Un'assistenza davvero efficiente.
In precedenza avevo già utilizzato un robot Lefant di fascia economica, con cui mi ero trovato molto bene, tanto da scegliere nuovamente questo marchio. Questa volta ho optato per un modello più avanzato, il Lefant M3, che aspira e lava.

Le prime impressioni sono decisamente buone: il robot si presenta ben costruito, il funzionamento è intuitivo e le prime pulizie sono state soddisfacenti.
Naturalmente servirà qualche giorno di utilizzo per valutarlo appieno, ma per ora posso dire di essere molto contento dell'acquisto.
