My experience with Kilgour MD was satisfactory. The product itself unfortunately had an intolerable odor 😢
I hated wasting my $$ but I had to throw it away.

The customer service team always replies immediately and takes care of the issue. A+

The shampoo yellowed my silver after a couple weeks of use. Though the written return policy for the shampoo/conditioner is no refunds, I emailed and asked for a refund and they did quickly refund my purchase.

I have been using the serum products for 2 months now and I'm happy to say that my scalp and hair has definitely seen improvement. It has more bounce and looks healthier for certain. I am hopeful that I will grow new hair resulting in more volume; it appears that I will based on this early review. I held off on buying for months because I was afraid of the product being a scam and then having difficulty to get out of autopay. I'm so glad I took a chance.

Incredible team at Kilgour! Not only did they answer my email promptly, but were so professional, nowadays is hard to find authentic customer service, everything is a hassle. But I am so so happy, it makes me trust this company and their products even more. Thank you so much:)

Sent email to Cust Srv & Christine quickly responded! It was not an automated response, but an actual person (I think) that replied and very professional and personable. What difference that little step of human interaction made! The shampoo is excellent and I wished to express my thoughts and appreciation to them. And once again, tremendous appreciation to Team Kilgour MS, for service.

It was hard to unsubscribe then you have to watch a video where they offer you more of a discount, I get it they don’t want to lose money, but I was very frustrated with the process,it’s very expensive,, who ever was contacting me was very nice. But frustrating.

I was using your serum since April consistent and had no luck with my thin hair. When I noted it your staff they offered no advice and just canceled my order. It seemed they didn’t care or offer any assistance.

The product did not really work for me but the customer service was fantastic!! I heard back from them immediately, they responded to my request without trying to talk me into staying (which I really appreciate) and I would recommend this product just because of Kilgour’s genuine response of wanting what is best for their customers - thank you!
