Quick response from customer service.. That was just in response to a progress check-in, so I feel confident that any issues or problems would be quickly addressed and answered.

Nearly a month in and so far so good. I really like the shampoo; it doesn't take much and my hair is super clean and my scalp doesn't itch anymore. I don't usually shampoo daily (mostly every two days, sometimes three) and my hair still feels clean. I use the conditioner as well and was hoping for less frizz, but that could be from living in a Pacific rainforest; a bit of argan oil helps with that. As for both oils, I admit my laziness: I mix a dropper of each together at night or after shampooing, and apply that mixture once daily. For me, it doesn't add a lot of extra oiliness even after two days of oils but no shampooing. Hard to tell if it is helping at this point (I'm going to say probably), but I definitely notice less hair in the drain! I'm happy with the system so far. It's a bit costly, but no more than adding up the many half-used bottles of store brands sitting in my cupboard.

I needed a plus- sized knee support for a fitness class I started taking, and ordered a few styles from other companies. Despite their size charts promising a good fit, they were still too tight on top. Braceability offered some even larger sizes, and the ones I ordered are perfect! My only irritation was a long shipping time but it was worth it just to find a product that fits.

I was overall pretty happy with my final product, although I noticed a misspelling on one of my inscriptions.... most likely my fault, as the script and font size I chose was fairly small. It would definitely be a good idea to include a "magnifier" that you can run over the typing & pictures to see if it is exactly what you wanted. It was no big deal, easy to correct with a little whiteout and hardly noticeable. The picture turned out great, but I couldn't figure out how to get a gold foil edging, but the one I chose worked out just fine.
