J’ai commandé un ordinateur portable sur le site Refurbed sous le numéro de commande 20367282. Le colis a été expédié par FedEx sous le numéro de suivi 878158881530.
FedEx indique que le colis a été livré en main propre et contre signature, alors que je ne l’ai jamais reçu.
Après plusieurs appels au service client de FedEx, il m’a finalement été indiqué que le transporteur ne disposait d’aucune signature prouvant la livraison. Malgré cette absence de preuve, FedEx maintient que le colis a été livré et refuse de résoudre le problème ou de réparer le préjudice subi.
Nous sommes donc privés de l’ordinateur, sans preuve effective de sa remise et sans solution satisfaisante.

I would like to share my experience based objectively on facts to inform future buyers. The included charger stopped working after only 5/6 months, and the MacBook developed a serious hardware issue on the USB-C ports about a year after purchase. The computer was sent to Poland for warranty repair but was returned with the exact same unresolved hardware defect, showing inadequate technical management by the merchant.
Furthermore, during the first return shipment, the merchant claimed the charger was missing from the package. Fortunately, having documented the packaging stages beforehand with photographs proving its presence, I was able to demonstrate the accuracy of my shipment. Following the review of this documentation, Back Market rightly refunded the share for the accessory as well.
The situation became critical during the second return. The merchant (EXACT SOLUTION ELECTRONICS) failed to comply with the corporate documentation required by international regulations. For this reason, DHL Express blocked the shipment at the Bologna hub twice in a row with the official status of "failed inspection" due to security screening. Despite multiple reminders, the merchant failed to provide the necessary documents for days, prolonging the hold on my device.
I would like to emphasize that, unlike the merchant, Back Market's customer service was extremely present, understanding, and collaborative throughout. The chat agents took charge of the situation and stepped in to enforce a full refund. I highly recommend Back Market for its reliable warranty policy, but I strongly advise against purchasing from this specific shop.

An absolute disaster and a complete lack of professionalism from Exact Solution Electronics.
They tried to sell me a MacBook that was defective right from the start—it had a hidden corporate MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock, meaning it was under the remote control of an external organization. I returned the device, which reached their warehouse without any issues. That’s when the mockery began: starting Thursday (Oct 15), a "phantom" InPost shipping label appeared in the system—one that was never actually created or dispatched. When I finally managed to get through to them, the seller lied to me, providing a tracking number for a "replacement shipment." Upon checking the InPost app—and confirming with the courier’s customer service—it turned out to be the tracking number for the original return shipment, which was stuck in a logistics loop, simply heading back to their own warehouse. I’ve been left high and dry—no device, no refund, and nothing but constant lies from their support team. Stay far, far away!

This company has to be used to get the digital copy of Ceramic Review. The website is dreadful and they are impossible to contact. Every year I get problems with them not acknowledging my email address although it emails me when a new edition comes out! it took a customer services person about 5 emails to get me into the account. Ceramic Review should have their own website, using this method will lose them customers.

I ordered the MacBook Pro 13-inch 2020 from Exact Solution Marketplace and I’m really pleased with it. The laptop arrived well packed and was in better condition than I expected for a refurbished device. Everything matched the listing, including the specifications, and the setup was straightforward. I’ve been using it mainly for work, browsing, and editing documents, and the performance has been smooth so far. Overall, I think it was a great purchase for the price.

Compré un MacBook reacondicionado en categoría **“Como nuevo”** a Exact Solution Electronics.

En el propio anuncio se indicaba expresamente que, en esta categoría, el equipo incluía **cargador original**. Sin embargo, el MacBook me llegó con un cargador genérico, no original. Además, la pantalla presentaba varias manchas, algo que tampoco considero aceptable en un producto vendido como “Como nuevo”.

Me puse en contacto con la empresa para reclamarlo y su respuesta fue ofrecerme una compensación de **15 €**, cantidad que me parece completamente insuficiente teniendo en cuenta que el producto recibido no correspondía con las condiciones anunciadas.

También les indiqué claramente que, si yo había comprado un producto cuya descripción especificaba cargador original, quería recibir precisamente el cargador original que figuraba en el anuncio. La empresa se negó a proporcionármelo.

El resto del ordenador funciona correctamente, pero mi valoración de la experiencia de compra es muy negativa. El problema no es únicamente recibir un producto con defectos o accesorios distintos a los anunciados, sino la forma en la que la empresa responde posteriormente ante una reclamación perfectamente razonable.

En mi caso, **no volvería a comprar a Exact Solution Electronics y no puedo recomendarla**. Si alguien está pensando en comprarles un producto reacondicionado, recomiendo revisar muy bien qué promete exactamente el anuncio y comprobar todo nada más recibirlo.

Ich habe mir extra einen Trustpilot-Account angelegt, nur um diese Bewertung zu schreiben – so schlecht war meine Erfahrung mit ExactSolutions. Bei einem Problem mit meiner Bestellung war der Kundenservice weder kulant noch lösungsorientiert, Begründungen änderten sich im Laufe der Kommunikation mehrfach, und auf eine faire, vollständige Lösung wartet man bis heute vergeblich.

Wenn man sich die anderen Bewertungen hier durchliest, wird schnell klar: Das ist offenbar kein Einzelfall. Verweigerte Nacherfüllung, wechselnde Ausreden, zäher Support – das zieht sich durch fast alle schlechten Bewertungen hier. Bestellt lieber woanders.

Bought a MacBook Pro M1 Pro refurbed back in february. Got the wrong keyboard layout (QWERTZ instead of QWERTY). Got a partial refund. Bit then in july during a heatwave, a few thrips got into the screen and died. Contacted the company and they replaced the computer under warranty. As an extra, they made sure I also had the right layout now for my keyboard. Special thanks to Robert who followed up the issues personally. So apart from the initial hickups, they are great at what they do.

Ich habe über Refurbed bei ExactSolutions ein MacBook Pro M1 bestellt, das zu einem sehr guten Preis angeboten wurde. Die Bestellung lief zunächst ganz normal, allerdings wurde das Gerät nie geliefert. Nach etwa einer Woche wurde die Bestellung dann einfach storniert – ohne eine nachvollziehbare Begründung.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Kundenservice. Die Kommunikation war unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Statt einer klaren Erklärung oder eines Entgegenkommens hatte man eher das Gefühl, abgefertigt zu werden.

Für mich wirkt das Ganze so, als ob Produkte zu attraktiven Preisen angeboten werden, die dann im Nachhinein nicht eingehalten werden. Das ist nicht nur frustrierend, sondern auch wenig vertrauenswürdig.

Grottiger Laden, spart euch die Zeit!

Well, I guess it's hit and miss with this company. My daughter ordered and lucked out. my wife ordered and got by with a bad charger but i got screwed.

My 2019 MacBook Pro was in great physical shape but when i opened it, the backlight was broken and then when I watch a movie I could see that the left bottom corner of the screen was broken.

I tried to get in contact with them but they never reply.
I will never buy from this company again or recommend their services.

Esperienza pessima e frustrante. Ho ordinato un MacBook Air su Back Market dal venditore e mi è stato inviato per DUE VOLTE un prodotto con gravi difetti hardware (schermo sfarfallante e cerniera allentata). Nonostante abbia inviato prove video inconfutabili dei difetti, il venditore ha continuato a negare l'evidenza per evitare il rimborso, costringendomi a una lunga battaglia con l'assistenza di Back Market.

Statene alla larga se non volete perdere tempo e salute con prodotti non controllati e venditori scorretti. Solo l'intervento finale di Back Market mi ha permesso di riavere i miei soldi. Un incubo che non auguro a nessuno.

Macbook pro 2021 sent to Italy: fast delivery, macbook didn't turn on, fast refund. Very disappointed for the computer. Maybe any problem with the delivery company? I don't know.
