Pessimo trattamento clienti!Ho…

Pessimo trattamento clienti!Ho contrattato una macchina per un mese,invece di arrivare alle 10,30 il mio volo e arrivato alle 15h e mi hanno annullato la prenotazione facendomi perdere l intero importo.ho dovuto pagare un altra prenotazione per completo!credo sia una vergogna.Capisco pagare una penale ,ma tutto l importo incluso l assicurazione lo trovo veramente ingiusto
