Firma sprzedaje bilety które nie istnieją, np. loty EnterAir z Poznania, które firma EnterAir wyraźnie oznaczyła na swojej stronie że nie istnieją i nie będą uwzględniane żadne reklamacje z nimi związane. Co więcej EnterAir wyraźnie wskazało że żaden portal nie ma możliwości zakupu biletów w imieniu innych. Trzymajcie się z daleko od tych oszustów, o mało co a byśmy zarezerwowali lot za 5tyś który nie istnieje i pewnie byśmy pieniędzy też nie zobaczyli.

Sprzęt dobry, ceny takie sobie ale mają promocję od czasu do czasu. Dostawy są beznadziejne, wszystko zajmuje tygodnie ponieważ jest tylko jeden magazyn w Niemczech, więc przygotuj się na czekanie.

I ordered brand new UE16 drawing tablet, and received a used product with visible marks of use, badly applied protective screen with bubbles everywhere - clearly not from manufacturing. The product came with "actual" paper drawing pen, not a battery free stylus!!! What the hell??? And no replacement nibs either, and no additional nibs which I ordered on top of the tablet.
Totally unacceptable to sell used and incomplete products as new!
UPDATE: The Customer service quickly reacted and organised a replacement, which took 3 weeks to arrive, but it was in mint condition this time. Thank you. Kudos to customer service +3 stars.

Absolutely useless customer support. They don't understand plain English, and don't even read the contents of the request. I had spent 2 days trying to get help changing my e-mail, as their system says "it already belongs to another account" - erroneously, and they keep sending me to the same place to do the change, despite the fact that I even sent them screenshots of the problem. They have no clue about what they are even doing, and when I dismissed them in the end as it was useless and unhelpful chain of torture, they even had the audacity to say "You're welcome!" without resolving my issue. It's pathetic, and I'm no longer going to buy from adidas.

Super simple to set up and do transfers. The Android app is clean and transparent. The agreement is plain and readable. Costs of transfer are very low and competitive as well.

Great service, and communication throughout the whole process. The stocks are always up 2 date and the access to support is great. I will be coming back for more of my network equipment needs to be satisfied. Thank you.

I bought Ashampoo PDF Pro 3 recently in a hope I could create a PDF I needed quickly and efficiently. It was advertised as a good replacement for the Adobe Acrobat Pro, which is a lot more expensive. I never thought I would pay such a high price in time and frustration though. The application is struggling with most of the PDF editing tasks, it destroys layout of objects on certain pages generated from Word as PDF, it will randomly lose bookmarks, or references to links. Simple things like adding Page number will damage page content when copying across pages, and no Undo for 50% of changes during editing, and no REDO at all. It's a PROfessional failure rather than a good replacement. I do regret investing into it.

The printed photos were ok, but I was unable to download the digital version from anywhere. Photo-Me doesn't not provide a download service for digital copy of the picture I paid for, which is unacceptable. Passport photos are needed for more than just passports, and photo-me doesn't seem to recognize this. I had to pay for another booth service effectively, and wasted money with photo-me.

Awesome deals, though extremely slow delivery and scarce communication throughout. Everything was alright with my order, although it was delivered with the external packaging ripped, so you could see what's inside. Fortunately, the product was sealed.
I can't blame dealmonday for the bad delivery, only for the time it took :)

While the delivery was on time, the updates were non-existent and the worst part is that the package was delivered ripped open.

Super easy to find a hero, who helped out in the most critical situation - no heating nor hot water for 3 days, 15deg C in the house. Appreciate all the help provided and additional root cause which is now going to the developer for correction.

I recently got scammed by this company, on a trade in from Nokia.com. They gave me label to Amsterdam, which I had to pay £9 for in order to have it tracked, and once I sent it, and told them what the tracking number was, they said it was a wrong address! They gave me the label, so they should take responsibility! I bet if the postage wasn't tracked, I would have lost my phone instead. Now the tracking shows it was refused, and is coming back to me. This whole trade in business cost me more than if I didn't use it! Never again.

I recently purchased a new phone directly from Nokia, as they offered a Trade in service, but the whole offer is a scam, and the 3rd party company they use will have you send your phone to wrong places, and not cover the costs of delivery. All in all, the phone isn't bad, it's the second one I bought from them, but it was more expensive than without trade in, as I had to pay for a tracked postage and in the end they didn't honour trade in.
I don't think I will be buying from Nokia again.

Yodel sent my parcel to completely different area in the UK, far from London, and then claimed they couldn't deliver to the address in London. Then they claimed to had it located in their warehouse, and it will be returned back to sender, and it has never reached me. They claim it's been delivered, but they can't provide proof of return. Support is outsourced to company in India, and it's very difficult to speak with them. They fail to take any responsibility for loss of package. Steer clear from them.

Just had a conversation with Lorenzo from support, (didn't even have to wait the advertised 10 minutes) who answered my questions and concerns and resolved my issue in no time. Thank you, I appreciate your effort.

Great service, absolutely painless, used it twice to switch my energy supplier. Ot provides great detail of information on which I can base my decision, and just a couple of clicks to do it. Couldn't be easier and safer. Much appreciated.
