Nie polecam. Reklamacje nie są rozstrzygane na korzyść klienta. Zostałam obciążona opłatą, mimo, że kliknęłam anuluj abonament. Moja reklamacja nie została uwzględniona - empik woli zarobić 25 zł niż pochylić się nad zgłoszeniem klienta.

I bought my first OrganiCup more than 10 years ago and it was great. Last year I bought a new one and the new Allmatters is quite different.
The stem I think it is longer than it used to, so I had to cut it off completely right away, not to feel uncomfy.
The material now is quite hard than it used to, but maybe it will be a plus for someone, cause it sticks inside really tightly.
I wrote about my experience here and AllMatters decided to send me a new one of the old line.
I got a package from them with not just 1 cup, but with 5 cups and an intimate wash!!!!

Przesyłka miała dojść na Święta (23.12). Została wysłana 12.12., niestety przez 2 miesiące nie dotarła.
Dostałam za to kupon zniżkowy na kolejne zakupy, aczkolwiek nie wiem, czy skorzystam.
Firma używa albo bardzo drogich metod ze śledzeniem przesyłki (firmy kurierskie), albo najtańszych, pocztą, bez śledzenia. Oczywiście można by dać rozwiązanie pośrednie, czyli nieco droższa, ale nadal tania, opcja przesyłki pocztowej ze śledzeniem, ale takiej metody brak, więc potem są problemy z zaginionymi przesyłkami.
Firma starała się pomóc, wysłali podobno drugi raz tę rzecz na swój koszt, ale na razie też nie ma. Zwrócili mi w końcu pieniądze za cała transakcję. Zwrot na kartę w ciągu 2 dni.

Im always pretty happy with my beauty shopping at Cult of Beauty. If I have any Qs the chat is always available, shipping is quick and it's cheaper than in my home country. :)

I love Cult of Beauty! They have tones of deals, 20% off everything, goodie bags etc. I buy here all the beauty goods for far less money! Also the website has good descriptions of the products. I bought a couple in the past just reading about them. Clear email communication about shipping etc. Shipping is quite fast to Poland.

Nie polecam. Sklep nie respektuje wlasnego regulaminu. W przypadku zakupu przez PayPo sklep nie informuje PayPo o zwrocie! 😵‍💫 Taki zwrot w sklepie nie jest mozliwy - trzeba samemu robic potem przelewu do paypo, ale wymogiem jest posiadanie (w XXI wieku!!!) karty plastikowej….

NIE POLECAM!!!! Sklep sprzedaje jako next.PL, a zwroty sądla klienta płatne do NIEMIEC. Więc za zwrot trzeba np. zapłacić tyle, ile się wydało na produkty!!!!

Horrible returns policy. I bought from Poland and now I need to pay to return to GERMANY. So I have to pay almost as much as I spent on these products!!!!
Next sells items in Poland as next.pl and tricks customers into overpaying for returns. Horrible practice!!!! I will never buy there again!!!!

Scam!!!! I backed them on indiegogo ab 2 years ago and didn’t get the product yet. I asked about a refund, they declined!!!! i know they changed their product, so if i will ever get it, it will be sth. totally different, some cheap piece of s......!!!!
They are super good at answering in a meaningless way. They say a lot bla bla bla bla, but it is just a polite way to say “we don’t give a sh... about u and we are super happy that we took your money”.

I’m totally disappointed with unobrush. After backing them in Indiegogo I’ve been waiting and waiting for the product or at least some solid infos, but nothing like that happened. Their “updates” are total bulls..t! They write few meaningless sentences and that’s all. There’re tones of disappointed backers! Nobody saw the product yet!!!
I asked them to give me my shipping money back and not to send me the product (if that ever happens...). They declined!!!! It’s a scam.

I have bought a ticket on an Opodo site 3 weeks ago. I included my company's data and requested an invoice (I need it for my company). I got NO invoice. So, after calling a couple of times Polish office, the guy (Jakub) told me that invoices are issued by an office in Barcelona and they don't really care about these request and simply do not issue requested invoices - !!!!! He also informed me that he can't really help me more except sending an email to Barcelona, which "probably wouldn't be answered anyway..."
"Great" customer service - especially that they ensure issuing invoices for business trips on their website. I buy a lot of business trips and I will make sure not to go to Opodo again!
