My Fuse engineer Mark Smith messaged me with his eta, very helpful. He was here to replace both my smart meters with updated versions. He was very thorough with safety tests and explained what he was measuring and why. He swept spider webs and dust from both cabinets and ordered me a Fuse IHD (in home display) as I couldn't see how to do this on my Fuse app. A very positive experience, thanks Mark.

Aaron answered my Q fully and sent an extra email confirming what I can do in the future. I have chosen to move to a 14M fixed tariff when my Dec2023v1 tracker finishes on 15 Feb. The tracker was great and I benefited hugely from it but prices have gone up. The standing charges are rather punitive but I'd rather stay with a well rated company.
